No elevator not enough hangers or shelf for toiletries around the sink although the basket worked fairly well

They went out of thier way to help us with things like reservations for other tours etc. the nicest people.

I would recommend that on very hot days prior to guest arrival and check in it would make sense to have the air-conditioning on in the rooms to create a nice atmosphere to walk into.

A beautiful hotel with character in the centre of Hue. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated at a very fair price. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Overall a very good experience.

The decor is why I picked this place, so much so that I actually checked this accomodation daily for a cancellation when they were down as fully booked on the day we were in Hue. We got incredibly lucky that someone did cancel and we got to experience this hotel! Incredibly clean and sophisticated vibe and accessible and helpful staff. Really great location too, surrounded by really good coffee spots, right by the river and walking distance to everything!

It could have been a bit cleaner, especially the common spaces.

Lighting in the bathrooms could be a bit brighter! And we unfortunately had a lot of construction noise from the street during our stay, but this wasn't in the hotel's control.

Very beautifully decorated hotel with so much attention to detail. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - even helping me to recover a lost mobile phone. Very comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. Location is great for being within walking distance of everything you need while also having some great coffee spots and eateries nearby.
