Everything was great.

The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was wow, it really exceeded our expectations and it was by far the best breakfast we had in Vietnam. The room is big enough, very clean and comfortable. We had the flight in the night and they agreed to keep our luggage and offered the possibility to take a shower before leaving at the airport. They offered us the laundry service with a local company which was very cheap and quick. Our laundry was ready in just a few hours.

Breakfast wasn't great. There wasn't much of a choice. One morning we ordered omelettes only to find they contained a lot of coriander when they reached the table. For people who do not like coriander, the taste was very unpleasant and overwhelming. The pool area could have been cleaner. The pool itself looked very murky and green. You can sometimes hear other guests in the hotel corridors. There were other guests talking extremely loudly in the corridors on both mornings at 7am.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Glomad Hotel. The staff were very nice. We arrived very early off a night bus from Ninh Binh and we were able to use the pool and hotel facilities while we waited to check in. The room itself was very nice. We had a room with no window, but we didn't find this to be a problem. Because there was no window, it meant the room was extremely dark for a good sleep! The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was lovely and the shower had great pressure. The TV was great because it had lots of channels and we were even able to watch some European soccer games. The location is also great, only a five minute walk to the beach.

The waiting lounge is quite warm without air conditioner

It’s closed to everything including the beach, restaurants and shopping. The room is clean and the staffs are friendly. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices.

Breakfast was really good, but there was definitely more choice in the savory department. If you prefer a sweet breakfast, there is a more limited choice.

We were able to use the pool when checking in early. Location is close to the beach, with about 5 minutes walk. Room was clean and well maintained.

The bathroom is a little smelly at first but is acceptable.

It’s near the beach and there are many shops nearby (shampoo, massage, coffee shops, restaurants, local stands, grocery stores……) We can see the beach and sea from our room. The staffs are friendly.

The sea view was mostly the empty lot next door, not worth any extra cost.

The Glomad Hotel was such a great experience for our first stay in Danang (6 nights). The staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are cleaned properly, no issues with hot water or even water flow. We had a view over the street, not much to see due to the construction of the balcony but still quite cozy. I also recommend to take breakfast at Glomad, the food was really good, included rice, fresh and cooked veggies, spring rolls, dumplings, toasts, soups, eggs, and more. The hotel is really close to the beach, just one big road to cross if you worry about traffic in Vietnam :) There are small groceries nearby, as well as really nice places to eat. The rooms are air-conditioned, if you close the windows the area is pretty quiet. There is a small pool on the top floor, we tried it once, but not much fun - just okay. In general, the hotel met my expectations.
