Not a big deal but would be great if the water pressure was stronger for the shower. And best they can clear up the clogged of the shower room floor

Rooms are spacious. Staffs are great and friendly. Breakfast was ok. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are clean. Air conditioning in the room is cold enough. There is a small pool at level 9. Location is pretty strategic & convenient as there’s shops, massage place, cafe and restaurants, all within walking distance. There’s a small shop just downstairs next to the hotel which is open till 12am. Otherwise we can easily take grab to the dragon bridge within 1.5km or other shopping mall within 4km. To airport is only 10 mins

The breakfast labelling of the names for dishes is not done as they serve pork which is difficult to recognize and people who avoid pork might have it. Also they don't have the separate serving spoons to take the veg and non-veg spoons and people often mix it with pork items. The hotel doesn't have a lightning signboard or facade which is difficult to take notice at night and often missed out.

The location to the beach is very close. It's also near to the dragon bridge and other locations.

The room was clean and the recepcionist were very kind. They helped us with all our activities, renting a scooter, offering taxi etc. They also spoke good English. The bed was comfortable as well.

I loved staying here. The bed is super comfy. The staff are so kind and helpful. I arrived late and as a solo traveller, the man at the desk was more than happy to help me and take me to a place to buy a SIM for my phone. There is a nice pool, it wasn't that busy when I went but I was happy with that. The air con works perfectly. Also they provide the essentials - toothbrush, comb, ear buds, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste and even a disposable razor aha

Not a problem for me, but elderly and wheelchair assisted persons be aware that there are about 10 - 12 steps leading up to the lobby.

Right from the young enthusiastic lad at the reception who spoke English quite well, to the well-sized, clean and comfortable room, all was great. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the beds are cozy. Air-conditioning, plumbing and hot shower - all worked perfectly... And all this at a very reasonable rate.

The most outstanding feature of the Glomad was the personnel who went out of their way to help me - as they probably did with every guest. They also did it all with a smile. I have stayed in many hotels and, despite its small size, the Glomad staff offered five star service, the best of the best. In addition, the room was quiet and immaculately clean.

The actual seaside view wasn't as perfect as it looked on pics, even after confirming three times with them, the actual view was partial and facing some construction site.

Everything was perfect. From check in to check out all was good. Extremely clean and neat. They took good care of my baggage. Room size was good, modern and kept up very well

Breakfast does not really cater for westerners I've found this in every hotel throughout Vietnam though. Not much around hotel.

The hotel was nist perfect the room was very well maintained all latest appliances and very modern a true quality hotel. The staff were so welcoming and were rhere immediately if help was needed. If you visit da nang this is rhe hotel to stay. The breakfast also was top notch.

In a touristy spot so not many good authentic local food around (not their fault though).

Quaint hotel by the beach, clean & quiet with modern interiors. Some rooms are quite small but still comfy. Good breakfast and amenities within the building. The staff were extra helpful to accommodate our big group (9 guests), went an extra mile to help deliver the stuff that we absentmindedly left behind. Next time we'll have to stay longer.

When I check-out they asked me to wait to leave the hotel so they can check if the room is ok. This is a not common behavior in hotels and made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Highly recommend this hotel! Everything is so good, very clean, the design is so modern, near to the beach and restaurant! Thumbs up to the staff!!! They are very friendly and so helpful! Definitely will go back to this hotel again :)
