The receptionist staff (Molly, Anthony and others) have been friendly and welcoming. The property is also near many attractions. Definitely recommend to stay in Hanoi.

Although we spent only one night here, we had really nice experiences. We had a friendly welcome with drinks and fruits. The staff is infinitely kind and helpful. They can help in every kind of problems what might happen during a trip (e.g. we left our mobile in the previous hotel, and they immediately arranged us to pick it up). They could answer all our questions (we always have too much questions).The hotel is very nice, clean, the design is also elegant. The breakfast was tasty with a wide selection (Vietnamese and international). We recommend the hotel and wish to go back again in the future!

We had a great experience with the hotel. Called before leaving China and confirmed a pickup from airport at 2am. The room was very clean, air-conditioning hot shower and nice breakfast were all excellent . Daisy and the rest of the staff were super accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff are all so friendly and courteous! In an excellent location in the old quarter of Hanoi. Our room was very clean and spacious, there was a good choice at breakfast including buffet and cook to order items. Overall a wonderful value for money stay!

We stayed at Hanoian Central hotel while we were at Hanoi and I must say that this place had the most extra ordinary service and hospitality towards their guests . We were welcomed with the warmest greetings and a neat and humble explanation regarding the places to explore at Hanoi. Their staff were extremely kind with a warm positive vibe throughout our stay . We stayed at multiple hotels in Vietnam at other cities but this one completely blew our minds! Keep rocking guys !

We had only 1 night at the hotel. The location was perfect, really nice, 5 minutes walking to the night market, 10 minutes to Hoan Kiem lake.The Room was clean, but there was a little noise from the street. The staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good.

From the time you walk in you’re treated like part of a happy family. The staff make this place so special FOH Tommy, Molly, Andrew, Tiffany, Anthony and Daisy. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I was here for several days. Tommy organised a 2 night Halong Bay cruise, a 1 day Ning Bing visit- awesome location to visit. Also a 4 hour Hanoi Motor bike tour. All went smoothly. You have the spa to relax. Highly recommend. Handy location in the old quarter and 10 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake an area. This is enjoyed just as much by locals as tourists. Night market right there too.

The place within a few minutes os the centre, clean rooms, hot water, and very friendly staff. My girlfriend was sick and molly and Tiffany helped us very well.

The hotel is located at the heart of Old Quarters. It's near night market and has many awesome local eats. Molly, our hotel staff was amazing in recommending many of our food cravings nearby. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast spread was really good! You have to order their Pho! Overall, we would definitely recommend it!

Bathroom was a bit dirty.. lots of hairs and some toothpaste (I think) on the wall. Power points in our room were very loose and our chargers kept falling out. Might have just been our room tho!

It was our first hotel on our month trip to Vietnam. We had such a warm and welcoming feeling through the continuous help of Molly and her stuff in the hotel. They helped us with every question, request and even helping out with our little children through out the day. Also gave us amazing recommendations for food tour, restaurants and even hair saloon. The location was just perfect! 5 minute to the night market & walking to the central lake location and all the old city attractions. And the room was so convenient, specious, with calming atmosphere and very clean. Also we enjoyed so much the perfect breakfast with variety choice, and Spa room and bar. We continue now for our next destination full of good energy and good memories.
