Should have more choices for breakfast. The equipment for kitchen is enough but should provide more. If you need cutlery or plates, you have to request staff. Should bring washing powder.

Beautiful hotel that feels like a true gem in the alley. Good air conditioning, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and lovely terrace with infinity pool views. The staff is really helpful, kind and professional. Breakfast is good; however, it may be improved by adding more food for breakfast. Besides, the Spa is extra credit.

I am so appreciate to the staffs, they always show a warm welcome and smile to the guests. They are so friendly and helpful, especially the young man “My”. He suggested me the place to eat and visit. So that I can enjoy those local and tasty food in Da Nang. Also, the room is clean and tidy. And I love the interior design, simple but cozy. And the location is so good too, there are many good restaurants and cafe nearby, within 5 mins by walk. Even to the beach, it’s close too. I really enjoy my stay in this hotel as my first visit in Da Nang ~

The outstanding thing about the Hem hotel are the staff The staff at this hotel are second to none. So friendly and helpful and always smiling. Special mention to the staff at the front desk, Linh, Thi and Cherry. They went above and beyond to look after us. Lovely young people. The hotel itself is in a good position, 10 minutes walk to the beach, and is close to several shops and restaurants. It is very modern and has a small pool on the roof. Our room was good. The bed and bedding were very good and we also slept really well. There is a bit of music noise from the bar across the street but it close about 11 pm. The only issues we had is that the sofa was very uncomfortable and the design of the bed with a wood surround and sharp corner meant you had to be careful not to bang your shin against it. Other than that we had a really enjoyable stay and recommend the hotel for a stay in Danang.

I have mentioned one review above. and this review i will tell more about hotel. They contact me promptly when i finished my reservation. Their service is better than other 5-star hotel i have stayed. They have a basement to keep my motorbike safe. They have a spacious rooftop ( infinity swimming pool i didn't use, a game room and a mini golf - haha i tried to play but is was hard for me ). They have a washing machine in each floor excluding 2 floors. My room is equipped full facilities they show on Booking. It is such a good place for expats or those having a work in this lovely city. See you guys Linh, Thy who accommodates my needs.

Nothing for complain about price i paid.

A hotel i think it should be well-known than. Actually, i think because it's a brand new hotel so no more people know it. However, i have to rate you 5-point star service. They have a breakfast in my reservation ( just 40$ ). The price i think if i choose other hotels, maybe no breakfast. The room was spacious, with well maintained facilities and hot water, transportation options by the hotel were incredibly reasonable (even compared to Grab). Would recommend this compared to all the other highly rated places in Da Nang.

The hotel has a great central location. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away and restaurants, bars, supermarkets and more are in the immediate vicinity. The hotel is modern and has a good European standard. The rooms are spacious and much brighter than the pictures suggest. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything ran smoothly during our stay. We felt very comfortable right from the start and extended our stay twice. We can highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Nothing ! just in a alley ! First of all, i think it's hard to find their hotel ! However, they try to contact me before i arrive 2-3 weeks to help me get it.

I loved it. Not all 4 stars are food. But this one was amazing for the price. This price you sleep on the floor in Sweden. Clean, quite and attentive staff. The place in a very good area with food, cafes and across from TP bank for foreigners. I have seen some complain about sounds but when i stayed i realized that this was appeared for the neighbor and you could request the staff to talk locals turn off. Easily. I can really recommend this hotel ! Breakfast can be approve but i was happy with my dumplings. Make sure with me that you won't really find any better this price.
