Payment: They do not take credit cards and the host told us only on the road from the airport to bring cash - Bedroom: we found 3 long black hair in the bed and one pillow case was missing. When told to the host, he just removed the hair and said 'the room has been cleaned, I'm sure'. He never apologized or offered to change the sheets again. This was a horrible experience and we went ro buy ourselves replacement sheets on the same day. - Kitchen: it's a purely decorative kitchen since you will not find a single utensil, no glasses, not even a pan to cook or a plate to eat. Oh yes, there were 2 wooden chopsticks and some hot chili from a takeout in the fridge, probably left by the previous guests. - Host: Very rude and unwelcoming. no smile, no hello when you meet him in the morning. The first day after showing us to our room, he just said : 'now you pay'. The last day, at the moment of check out, he was rude again, and just said 'wait here'. He wanted to check if we had left the flat in good condition but treated us like dogs, never using more than 3 words to address us and NEVER using any greetings. All in all it was a very bad experience for us and we absolutely do not recommend this flat. The host should learn the basics of hospitality and service!

I cancelled and did not check in. Due to the discourteous nature of the attendant, the fact that it was a self check-in but the attendant said he was there but then was no where to be found, the place stunk, looks unkept & cluttered, and they did not honour the city view room reservation. The sign on the building is different than the name and the address is not clear.

I saw 2 very large cockroaches in the room, one of them was near the refrigerator and another was under the sink in the kitchenette. The towels that was supplied had dark black marks, not sure if it's dirty or because of something else but should be recycled and get new ones, the same with the sheets and the quilt.

I liked the ease of access, that each key had a key fob to leave and enter the property without contact unlike some hotels that closes their doors after a certain amount of time. The AirCon was strong and kept the room cool and comfortable to sleep.

where to begin: forgot my booking, cleaned once in 2 weeks, no drinking water, no toilet paper, fridge doesn't work, cheap bed, dont seem interested in short term rentals but still do them with piss poor management

When we showed booking confirmation, staff simply informed us that they'd been fully booked and there must have been a mistake from the system. Hotline was unreachable. Management refused to speak when we asked. We complained for a couple of minutes and magically a room was available - a room on the ground floor with barely functional lock, horrible soundproofing and cockroaches in the bathroom. We left very soon after the check-in.

Unprofessional. Let me stand stand outside for long time , only the caretaker is there, canceled me on time I was actually there..The property canceled me because they are expecting big group, but never informed me in advance, they just canceled it when I arrived, and the address they put is wrong.. lucky the neighborhood and grab driver never stop helping me just to find the place.
