Not a major but there no real privacy in the bathroom. Watch your head as you navigate the towel rail in the toilet, its a designed for anyone over 180cm. The 12pm was great but allow plenty of time if you're planning to get away to the airport. It took us over 30min but were in no real hurry.

The Leaf was just perfect. We had contemplated skipping Da Nang and heading straight for Hoi An but really glad we didn't. The hotel is directly opposite the beach and slightly further north of the main hotel strip. We were a little disappointed not to get a view from our room but the comport was excellent. The beds were divine and room has great aircon. Wifi was also good. Staff were always available and eager to help. Breakfast good but a little limited for western options. The staff made a point of seeking feedback which was great and hopefully they will add more fruit and yoghurts. The location suit us just fine and an easy Grab to anything in the city. A minimart is located next door. Sitting in the restaurant watching the city go by was fun and there are lots of sockets if you choose to plugin and clear emails after breakfast. You'll be a brave soul to swim at the beaches around here as they're full of rubbish. That said, they appear to be cleaned each morning and the sand is lovely. You'll see plenty of local groups net fishing with their traditional basket boats. Fun to watch as they bring in their catch.

The location is just a bit far from the city centre. And not much food around.

The rooms are simple and designed well yet ample sized and functional with good views to the beach. Staff was very attentive to our needs. If you need a private car rental to go to nearby attractions (e.g. Hue, Hoi An etc), their rates are really good.

Noise from the road. You get the sea view but there is a lot of noise from the road from the early morning till late at night.

Really enjoyed the rooftop pool. Also the hotel feels quite new and modern.

The first time I stayed at the leaf, there was a lovely welcoming card placed on the bed which was impressive, however there was nothing this time. The bedding was not clean and neat. I chose to stay here to celebrate my mom’s birthday and wanted to show her how lovely the leaf was and it seemed like the room was not well prepared for welcoming us which made me feel a bit disappointed and failed to impress my mom.

Love the ocean view from the room. Staff were nice and helpful. Anna was outstanding!, Rose, Eugene, James and the rest of team were excellent!

Advertised as 160ft from my khe beach, but was quite a long way further along the beach , so 30minute walk away from the bars and restaurants . Also the rooftop bar although is absolutely beautiful you sit on a lounger with your bottom in the water! If the loungers were higher, or decking was extended would be much nicer.

Local cyclist group with loud music outside the hotel at 6am which is apparently a daily occurrence.

You can hear neighbors karaoke-ing at 2-5am. Sleep with ear plugs or ear buds.

Lovely boutique hotel with a gorgeous view! The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Beds are comfortable and I love that it's an eco friendly stay. It's conveniently beside a convenience store which is a plus. It's a bit further from the hustle and bustle (20-30 min walk or 5 min drive) but that didn't bother us. The pool was beautiful. Go before 2pm to catch sun light. Would recommend this stay!

Incredible view of the ocean. Lovely breakfast buffet. The staff are all helpful and friendly. Beautiful rooms in excellent condition. Absolutely loved staying here and extended my stay for 3 extra days because I enjoyed being at this hotel so much!

People will start doing exercise before sun-rise with loud music near the beach. Can hear from the room.

Very modern and nice boutique hotel. Water pressure is good. Hot water and AC are well-functioning. Nice breakfast. Closed to the beach, basically just across the road. Booked the room with balcony and sea view. View from the roof top pool is amazing. Staff are friendly. Eugene helped us to book e-tickets and private transport to Ba Na Hill, also transport to airport.
