Nice hotel.. the location is very good, and it has the best stuff. They were very nice and helpful with us.

The balcony wasn't usable for sitting out on. The communal area has a kitchen and a deck for sitting in but both were very hot! The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is really a king-size room with sink, fridge and microwave.

The location was excellent, and the staff very helpful. It was very useful to have the laundry service.

Owing to the small size they were unable to organise much in the way of additional services (such as airport transfer), and the small size of the lobby was difficult to manoeuvre with suitcases while checking in. Not very accessible.

Small hotel and very well located. Coffee shop doubles as a lobby, but the coffee is very good.

I would have liked to have been able to do my own laundry. I found Bubbles laundry mat down the streer so it was ok.

As soon as we open the door we found an island of calm away from the hustle.spend one night before the our trip to the Mekong and was very happy we chose this small hotel with its great atmospheres.for us it was the perfect place to stay and a great service!we eat breakfast at the light house and it is recommended as well

property was unique and beautifully styled. It was a pleasure staying there, with a great coffee shop down stairs . the staff were excellent and helpful, particularly the front manager Jac, he went out of his way to help on numerous occasions, a great asset to this wonderful guest house.

Photos of the location on the website was a bit misleading as we thought it was based in a location that had traditional wooden setting.

Staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. We had issues with the AC which was resolved the next day. Beds were comfortable and there was a working TV that was easy to navigate. A connecting cafe downstairs that served most drinks at a reasonable price.

Good location, not too far from the waterfront. Airy, bright room, tastefully decorated, little balcony. Lovely, comfortable bed. Staff really helpful whenever we needed help to find something, order taxis, etc.

The "view" from the window (a brick wall barely a metre away) left a little to be desired.

Ideally located a short walk from the waterfront, meaning the night markets and starting points for boat trips are easily accessible. The room, although quite small, was well equipped and comfortable. The coffee shop on the ground floor was an added bonus. All of the staff are comfortable conversing in english.
