Maybe that when I arrived the elevator didn’t work. Y had to use the stairs but one guy of the staff help me with my bag.

Minor feedback - could be more relaxed on check in (arrived 15 mins before and still had to wait until exactly 2pm). Shower placement bit awkward and pressure could be improved but again minor issue.

Great breakfast included and very comfy beds. Very helpful staff and good location to the beach and other attractions. stay in Vietnam.

As soon as you walk up to the counter you get a sense of how much this establishment cares about giving you a personally tailored experience. From providing you with personalized shower essentials to asking your preferences for your breakfast. The staff. I can't find enough words to tell you how much I love the staff here. This is top of the line service providing essential information for any questions you have about upcoming and giving recommendations. For me the staff made my experience, I go home feeling I made a group of real personal friends. They did everything to take care of me. If you are lucky enough to meet Lan or Duy just know you are in good hands. You will always walk in to a friendly smile and plates of free fruit. What more could anyone ask for. I would come back to Da Nang just to have this experience again. Thank you The Memory

We had an amazing time at The memory. The best staff and customer service we have received in Vietnam especially from Lan who was just the best. The breakfast is also amazing. Defo one of my favourites ❤️

Showers were clogged up and the shower holder was placed in a way that it could not be used, so I had to hold the shower all the time.

Very kind staff, they spoke good English. Breakfast was delicious, and the fruits available at the counter all day were a good treat!

I changed to a dorm for the final two nights, but the dorm is TINY. smallest hostel room I’ve ever seen. I ended up leaving because the room was so small. The storage locker is small and there’s nowhere to leave your other things except on the ground. I would not stay here for a shared room. Breakfast is picked the night before. I did not like the options so ended up skipping it

I stayed two nights in a private room which was really exceptional. Pictures are accurate, the bathroom was amazing. (Could have more grab bars though, steep and very slippery when wet). Very nice welcome service with a drink and warm towel. Staff extremely accommodating and speak good English.

It was very noisy so bring your ear plugs! We stayed on the street side and one floor above the lobby/restaurant, we could hear people talking and the chairs moving, which was a little annoying when trying to sleep. We would definitely stay again but would request a quieter room.

Awesome location, felt like we were right in the middle of it all. Breakfast was amazing, some of the best noodles we had. Lovely staff. Funky hotel. The room was great.

Best place in Da Nang

This place is perfection. The staff is so kind, and was very helpful! They always have a solution and find answers (what kind of transport to take,which place is good to see…)The breakfast is out of this world delicious with a local breakfast choices, fresh fruits, smoothies, Viet coffee and homemade yogurt. It is clean, friendly and very well placed!
