This hotel is wonderful. It's a brand new boutique hotel by all meaning. Everything is perfectly, with love selected for the customers pleasure. And they have a magic Barista with a real italian coffeelmachine. Chose the breakfast! Perfect selection fresh done.. I'm have 30 years travelling experiences and never had such a magic boutique hotel.

Lovely decor, pristine clean, very nice breakfast and perfect location. The view from the room was adorable and it was really quiet even though the center is nearby. The staff were really friendly and helpful, we also took advantage of the single day trip which we booked from the agency at the ground floor. Probably the best value for money we had in Vietnam.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the hotel, but just an fyi they don't offer a lot of facilities like pool, gym, spa.

Loved the location, it is right by the main area that offers a beautiful sea view even from our room. The cleanliness of the room was A+, the hotel decoration was really thought out. The staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout our trip, we even got to meet the owner and he was a cool guy.

The view of the bay is beautiful. Exceptionally neat and clean rooms. The ladies working here are super kind and helpful. Big plus was the freshly squeezed juice in the morning that came with the delicious breakfast.

I loved staying here. By far the best service I have had in Vietnam. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms are creatively beautiful, luxurious, scenic and comfortable all at the same time. Strategicaly located. Near everything. Honestly I have no complaints.

This new hotel was fantastic.Checkin was easy and everything from breakfast to the rooftop bars and facilities was all amazing,Our room was spacious and luxurious with future design .I couldn’t recommend more highly. Staff were all friendly and couldn’t do enough for.

The design is impressive and the service is great. The rooms are very clean, all the things you need are there and in top condition. We felt very comfortable. The view from the roof terrace is truly breathtaking!

The hotel breakfast was fairly limited, although the coffee was delicious and we really appreciated being provided with some fresh fruit at the end of our meal each day. We also paid far over the odds for our laundry to be cleaned at the hotel, if we stayed again we would just get it washed locally. We also booked a private taxi (30 mins each way) to one of the ferry ports when we went on a day trip and it cost 700,000 VND, so in future we would recommend using the local bus or agreeing a price with a local taxi, if you’re on more of a budget.

On arrival we were greeted by the friendly staff, the room was very lovely and just as pictured. We stayed in the deluxe suite with sea view. We were offered a welcome drink after an early check in but sadly the welcome drink never arrived. We did however much appreciate the early check in as we had been on a long night bus journey from Sa Pa. The staff helped us book our onward transfer to Hanoi via bus, and we also booked a kayaking day drip around Halong Bay with Cat Ba Ventures (who also own the hotel) - this was definitely the highlight of our trip. Our very friendly guide (Bee) was fantastic, the whole day trip was fun and the lunch was good, you are able to buy drinks on the boat all day also. The beds are super comfy and the bathtub with sea view was a really luxurious addition. We did notice that the sink still had some residue left around the rim when we arrived (not sure if it was maybe vomit from previous guest), but everything else was spotless and really thoroughly cleaned. Our room was made up daily with fresh towels and coffee etc, but the drinks in the mini bar were not cold which was a shame. There’s lots of local restaurants and bars near by so it’s a great location. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff were friendly and helpful, but we do feel it was slightly overpriced. They do have cheaper rooms that look nice too, but as this was the end of our trip we wanted to experience something special. We would recommend this place to others seeking comfort and luxury.

Nothing to write down here, great place.

The hotel was super clean, every room has nice built in ceiling AC, comfy beds and mini fridge. Staff was super nice, they even called our bus when are they coming to pick us, and this is something that is not common for us. Breakfast is fresh (from 7am). On the top there is a cafe bar (unfortunately it doesent work at night as a bar, but thanks to that the whole place is quiet). Also, the whole concept of the hotel provides a cozy feeling. Definietely great value, would reccomend for later.
