Everything was pretty good. I didn't feel the need to look outside the immediate area for food or anything, but I don't think there is much right outside the resort/ hotel. There wasn't a need to go outside in the immediate area though

This was one of my favorite and best vacations ever. Even before arriving, the staff was good with communicating with us about tour information. Upon arrival from the DA Nang Airport, which is about 20 min away, we were greeted with some delicious chilled tea as we checked in. We arrived too early but the front desk gave us information about our stay and would let us get into a room as soon as one became available. We had lunch at the main restaurant. The food is pretty good. Soon after eating, our room was ready. The villa rooms are maybe a 5 min walk from the main hotel. Big spacious bed. The bathroom has a shower and a separate tub. TV has a handful of English channels. The breakfast buffet is great, in my opinion. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Especially Hoa, Chi, Yen, Thao, Thi, Victor Ahn, Hao. Hoa helped us with basically everything from booking our tours, coordinating drivers and attraction tickets, to ensuring our laundry was done in time before we checked out. She even had us a special personally made memento picture frame with many of our picture memories on it. Chi was so friendly and helpful that my son kept asking to see her. 😅 The transportation to Ba Na Hills, Da Nang, Marble Mountains, Coconut Island, and Hoi An we very stress free. The drivers would bring us to places and basically just wait until we were done. The longest we would have to wait for them if they couldn't park in the area was 5 min. The water indoor and outdoor were good for kids. The outdoor lazy river is nice. There was also an arcade and indoor play place for kids. The infinity pool is cool and on the 22nd floor. The hot baths are on the 3rd floor of the indoor waterpark. You also have access to the beach area, which also has a pool. We were basically the only ones there, lol. All the staff from check in, room service, to the arcade staff were all so awesome! Great stay! It's one of our favorites ever!

Getting towels from the room and then taking them to the park, beach, or pool is not the best experience. Not really sure what was the reason for this. That Hotel does not provide beach or pool towels or even separate towels in the room for this. Beach club and swimming pool opened after 3pm, no one around most of the day.

Everything was just amazing, kids loved it! We loved it! All food in the hotel itself was really good. The Japanese restaurant was very good.

Wow. What a resort!! Absolutely perfect for families!! My kids (8 and 11) just loved the resort so much. The lazy river was so beautiful and all the water slides were fantastic. We loved the beach resort which is a quick shuttle ride away. The rooftop pool is stunning and they have a couple of spas too! The buffet breakfast was outstanding, something for everyone and they cater for vegans and vegetarians. Shout out to nga at the blue restaurant, she helped us out with all our meals! Also phat from reception was really amazing and our host hien was so lovely!! Highly recommend this resort!

The location was a little odd as it’s in the middle of nothing. The blocks around the resort were all run down and made it feel isolated.

Movie theatre at Waterpark 365 is new, would have like that details are provided as what is playing and when the session is on, went up and down 4 levels and in the end a staff had to call up centre management, so here’s the info for you : 1 session per day. Starts at 1pm(unless they change it) Our 5 days stay we didn’t get a chance to watch anything.

Best hotel in Da Nang by far, everything is well thought about, very clean, many activities, spacious rooms, awesome breakfast ! The hotel restaurants are excellent, great Chef ! Try the Lobster, delicious ! Swimming pools, water sliders, private beach (much cleaner and quieter than the one on the other side of the city), bar on the beach, easy transfer with golf cars, Spa. Everything in this hotel is really top ! Service and customer relations officer are always appreciated. Our kid got sick, and in no time, the hotel nurse was assisting with diagnosis and medication. One of our best stay ever, loved everything !

I and my families really enjoyed our stay there. Kids loved waterpark. Buffet breakfast was good, I loved onsen and salt sauna. We wish we could stay longer. We are very happy we found this place.

BEAUTIFUL property! Mikazuki Resort & Spa has an amazing outdoor lazy pool, an infinity pool AND an indoor water park. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Whilst there were plenty of dining options in the hotel it was a little expensive to eat all meals at the hotel. Unfortunately this area of Da Nang is not as well established as other beachfront areas so there werent many other options outside the hotel for dining or activities.

If you want city scene and street roaming then this location is a bit far.

Very well facilitated. Great for family. But as solo also good for relaxation. It has everything you need for 2-3 days. The Japan theme is special- which serves as as a lively attraction for the locals a well. Hotel really try to be most hospitable - with nightly water fountain show and weekend outdoor movies. Vicinity to attached water park and onsen is definitely a plus. You can even walk along beach / broad walk where locals hang out and it’s safe.

The bridge to get to the beach was very busy, so only certain time we could get a buggy across. Otherwise the walk is very challenging with 2 young kids. Also, a little disappointed that the Nari beach club doesn't allow young children ( I have a 18 months old and 3.5 years old) so we didnt get a chance to relax at the beach club. We also couldnt get towel as hotel guest because the beach club only opens late. Also, the cots are creaking and shaky, making a lot of sound which isnt ideal for babies.

Its a good place to stay in hotel and not venture out. It has everything from water park, kids club, kids entertainment, multiple restaurants , convenient shop, and beach club which was pretty easy to get to right across the hotel. The beach was superbly beautiful! Clean and not crowded even on a weekend.

It’s far from Da Nang city so we just stayed in the hotel which was fine.

Incredible facilities and a kid paradise. The most beautiful rooftop pool in Asia! Best breakfast too.
