Excellent location, the hotel was on a lovely quiet street away from the noise and hustle and bustle of old town, but still walking distance to everything you could want. The beds were comfy, rooms were clean, stocked minibar and bathroom supplies. Decor of the hotel was exceptional and some lovely views of the city from our 7th floor balcony. The staff of this hotel were just fabulous, and the manager Jay was simply superb. He truly went above and beyond to cater to my mum and me. He even went and got me a SIM card when other places were trying to scam me! I highly recommend this place to people new to Vietnam as the staff here will offer little nuggets of information that will aid you in navigating the cities many markets and monuments. One thing I will recommend it to double check the name of this hotel if you are coming from the airport. There are THREE centre silk hotels which is confusing to both travellers and taxi men alike. This one has to say PREMIUM to get the right place.

ROOM The room was extremely spacious and the beds very comfortable. SHOWER The best shower on our visit to Vietnam as we always have issues with the drains not draining properly but this was fantastic ARTWORK The artwork and decor was lovely NOISE We had no noise which was great as Hanoi especially Old Quarter can be noisy. LOCATION Perfect location with no noise and great little eateries ie Bahn Mi place next door was amaaaazing and love Egg Yolk for the best egg coffees STAFF Well all I can say is that this hotel excels because of the great staff they have. Jay, Henry, Michael, Wiliam and Leah were amazing throughout our stay. Jay knew we were sick a few days before we flew back home and kindly arranged a sandwich and fruit for us as we stayed in the room for a day or so and he would message and ask us how we were doing which is so so caring of him, and Henry escorted us to the pharmacy around the corner and back for medicine. These are the things that make a hotel stay special and will return for sure and stay here again. Thanks so much guys!!

The staff was so nice from the moment I arrive, they even gave me snacks before I went on a day tour. If I had a problem, I would just tell them and they would try to fix it. The hotel was very cozy and near to walking distance from Train Street, St. Joseph Cathedral, it has a very good location.

The air con took a while to cool the room, since it was exceptionally hot, it would’ve been nice if it could’ve blasted us with cool air right away rather than trickle it.

Very central location, was awesome for doing anything in the old quarter. The main lake and market are 5 minute walk away! The staff here though really made it for us. Jay, William, Michael and Henry were very good to us. They really couldn’t do enough for us and they really made our stay here very special.

The property was very clean and well managed, Henry in reception was especially helpful with sorting our check out and helpful throughout our stay. I also accidentally broke a soap dispenser in the bathroom when taking a shower, and the hotel were very understanding of the accident and replaced with some soap for me to use.

The air conditioning in the room is just about adequate. It takes a while for the room to cool down, especially during the day.

It’s very well located in the heart of the old quarter area of Hanoi. Ideal for leisure tourists. Despite the hustle and bustle of the area, the hotel offers a quiet experience. The rooms are tasteful, and the quality of the furniture is excellent.

The location is a bit far from the night market area if you want to walk back to the hotel. No breakfast provided by the hotel, so, be reminded to buy something for your breakfast.

The room was spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff were incredibly nice and always ready to assist with any needs or questions. A special shout-out to Jay, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi!
