Walls are very thin so if you’re a light sleeper you can hear conversations and banging around, esp from the cleaners in the morning.

Location was great, good value for price also, they provided a few gestures that were complimentary that helped our trip and I thought was fantastic. Breakfast, free minibar only x2 waters and x2 colas still a nice touch, Drink on arrival and the option to use their portable wifi modem, powerbank and a few other things were great little touches. Bed and pillows were comfortable and rooms clean.

We had room 905 which was a room without a window. The room was very small with little space to put anything away (for 2 people) and the bathroom offered no shelving to put your toiletries. The hotel dining room is located 1 floor up on the 10th floor and there is a lot of noise that comes into the bedroom as people move furniture around as breakfast starts.

Located in a convenient area of the city, the staff were all excellent and were always attentive and helpful. Good value for money.

The quality of the western breakfast is not too good. The stairs towards the entrance, while now safer (see above), are still difficult to negotiate for elderly persons.

I had stayed here before and criticized the lack of a handrail at the steep stairs towards the entrance. This was now fixed - thank you. I also had a better (larger) room than last year. The service is excellent. The cafe and restaurant are nice.

The afternoon tea included is a little bit limited and not worth making plans around having but there is a nice balcony upstairs

Beds were a little hard. The tour they coordinated through Kim Travel was terrible. The Mekong Delta hotel had mold on the walls and the next morning we asked to leave early and drive back to Saigon because we did not feel safe. This was not Odys fault and they had nothing to do with it but I would recommend they don’t advertise this Mekong Delta tour through Kim travel. It was the worst The Odys staff were great about ensuring we had a pleasant stay when we returned for a second night.

Great staff. Spoke English well. Clean rooms. Felt safe - unlike the other hotel we were going to stay at.

Great location so able to walk to a lot of sights. Staff were fantastic, helping to organise tours and transport. Breakfasts and afternoon tea were excellent and we were provided with a range of dishes that changed daily. Overall, offered excellent value.

The attitude towards guests wasn't the best we encountered in Vietnam, which had so far spoiled us with helpfulness. When you're first checked in you're handed a list of hotel rules, which wasn't very welcoming. In the bathroom you're informed not to flush paper down the toilet, which is common in many places in Vietnam, so would have been ok if it stopped there. Here though there's also a sign with the 5 million dong fine for not complying. It seemed a bit aggressive to be honest. The room was very small with nowhere to hang some clothes, nor a seat to place anything one. Maybe avoid the Junior Deluxe.

Breakfast had a lot of options and you get to eat it at the top floor, which is nice. The bed was pretty comfortable, although i didn't like it went right in the wall and was only accessible from one side. The hotel offered a lot of complimentary things, like mobile hot-spot and cooling fan, but we didn't try them. The rooftop restaurant is rather small, but has good food, good cocktails and nice views.

Gym was not the greatest old and minimal equipment. Lifts very slow and stairs had lots of cleaning bits stored on them

The rooms aren’t really sound proof so we could basically hear everyone around us, not great if you are looking for a quiet place to stay.

Room was quite small and bed pushed against wall so felt a little cramped. Room had complimentary minibar but only had two drinks in, both full sugar so unable to enjoy this.

Welcome drink was lovely, staff all very friendly and helpful. Afternoon tea was really nice. Rooftop bar had great views and tasty cocktails. Bed was comfy and aircon good. Bathroom was nice and clean. Walking distance to a lot of attractions.
