everything was just perfect, the breakfast and dinner were excellent in regards the food quality, variety and freshness. the roofbar is fantastic for a drink and dinner too, with a beautiful view on the city and a comfortble breeze during the evening. The gym was good enough for many kind of exercise. The position is ideal for a evening walk around the lake and among the shops roads of the old town. I will definetely come back.

I cannot fault this hotel. From the moment we pulled up in our taxi after a long day travelling from Sapa, about 5 staff members ran out to grab our bags and it put the biggest smile on our faces getting such a warm welcome with a refreshing drink. Our room was amazing, so luxurious. We enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop and everything made us feel so special. The breakfast was the best one we had and we had been travelling for a month. We won’t stay anywhere else next time we’re in Hanoi …amazing!

Staying at Oriental Jade Hotel was the most amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, including providing us with information and tips on what to do during our stay, ensuring that we were able to get to and from our destination with ease and always being happy to assist us with anything we required. They were welcoming and made our stay exceptional. We particularly enjoyed speaking with Richard and David during our stay. The facilities were clean, comfortable and had everything we required. The pool has the best view of the city overlooking the lake, as well as a bar where you can enjoy a refreshing drink! The breakfast was high quality food and delicious! We could not have hoped for a better stay in Hà Nội and hope to return again in the near future!

My experience at "The Oriental Jade Hotel" was simply exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the level of service provided by every staff member, from the doorman to the waitress and room service staff, was truly outstanding. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness made my stay memorable. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast buffet offered an extensive selection that catered to every palate. The only minor drawback was the absence of a second treadmill at the gym. Despite this, I am wholeheartedly impressed and will most certainly choose to stay again in the future.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this chic boutique hotel—it truly has the feel of a five star getaway! From the moment we stepped in, the service was impeccable. We opted for the presidential suite and, let me tell you, it was nothing short of spectacular! The manager and their team were incredibly attentive, ensuring every aspect of our stay was perfect!

The breakfast could be improved, the food was bland and the meat was tough and chewy and the French toast was horrible unfortunately. The information the staff provided wasn’t accurate (such as the times for train street) so verify yourself.

We stayed 2 times in the Oriental Jade and will be back for sure! The location is absolutely perfect, in the middle of the old quarter. The rooms are spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel has great amenities including a rooftop infinity pool with beautiful views on the lake. The breakfast has the largest choice we’ve seen in Vietnam and is delicious. But the best thing is the staff, every single staff who helped us through our stay was the embodiment of kindness and professionalism. The hotel even went the extra mile to (successfully!) help me recover the wallet I had mistakenly left on a bus. Highly recommend to stay at the Oriental Jade if you want an unforgettable holiday in Hanoi!

From the moment we were stepped into the hotel we were met by friendly staff and a welcome drink. Nancy and the guys on reception were wonderful. Always smiling and willing to help. They really go above and beyond to make sure everything is ok for you. The room was very comfortable, nice and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The rooftop bar and pool are great. It can get a bit busy in late afternoon when people are coming back from their days out exploring but we got to the pool early afternoon and had a great relax for 4 hours on loungers by the pool. We also ate at the poolside too. Such a relaxing stay. Breakfast was great too. Plenty of choice for all. Well done all staff at the hotel. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.
