My second stay at Oriental Jade was superb. The staff were excellent in assisting myself and my daughter during our stay. My daughter got ill and they were able to book us with an excellent English speaking clinic even before check in! The manager David was superb in ensuring we were both comfortable and enjoying ourselves. The sound proofing was excellent which was important to getting our sleep. The daily breakfast had a great selection of food from the buffet and the menu selection included in the buffet price.

Everything about The Oriental Jade is excellent, the location, the facilities, the amenities and most of all the service. Outstanding service at all levels, from reception, restaurant, bar to housekeeping. The rooms are spotlessly clean, good fittings, well maintained. The hotel has a very good restaurant as well as a rooftop bar.

There isn’t many sun loungers at the pool, you can still sit at the tables instead but having more sun loungers might be great

The most helpfull staff ever. We had a problem with our impending flight and they went above and beyond to solve it. When it became imposible for us to have the breakfast we had paid for, they arranged for a free ride to the airport instead, plus gave us mini breakfast packs to go. Big huggs from Belgium, you guys ❤️❤️❤️

By far, the best hotel we have stayed in Hanoi. From check in to check out, they have provided excellent service. Beautiful design. Warm and professional staff. Perfect location. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped facilities. Delicious breakfast. Also appreciated their little gift bag upon leaving the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff is amazing, they are extremely nice and knowledgeable. The room had a charming decor and the bed was extremely comfortable. They have an extensive breakfast buffet with several vegan options. Location is perfect to visit the old part of the city.

This has to be the best hotel in Hanoi for this price bracket. The service was impeccable, the rooms were comfortable, the rooftop pool was lovely, and the breakfast was fabulous. They even had excellent vegan options for breakfast! We also really enjoyed the wonderful spa and their highly skilled masseuses. Hope to stay there again!

The hotel is brilliantly placed by the old quarter and the lake. The team could not do enough for us - providing wine and a birthday cake on my birthday and offering the use of the hotel to relax and shower after we had been to Halong Bay and waiting for a flight. The breakfast was great quality. We booked a Jeep tour through the hotel which was a brilliant way to experience the city. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
