The room was spacious and had everything you need. Linens were clean and the bathroom had such a funky aesthetic. The air conditioning worked well in the heat I experienced during my stay. The staff were super helpful and friendly, always greeting you with a smile and reminding me to take an umbrella (when it looked like rain and I'd forgotten it). Location was good being away from the bar and restaurant street but a close enough walk. The river was a short walk away too.

The hotel is perfectly located in a small and quiet street. But also close to bars, restaurants and shops. My room was exactly as described. Lovely decoration, very comfortable and clean. And also fresh fruits every day in the room. The staff was very professional, helpful and very kind. Thanks to Ruby and all the staff for their kindness during my stay. I really enjoyed.

Great staff, clean comfortable rooms in an excellent location for exploring Hue. Plenty of bars restaurants and cafes within short walking distance. Only 5 mins walk to boats on perfume river. Organised a great trip to DMZ for us and also transfer from airport and taxi to train station.

We had a large spacious room and were given a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The hotel is set back from the street so was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed all the fresh fruit at breakfast. The staff were very professional and hard working.

Amazing experience at Scarlett Boutique Hotel. Very helpful staff that gave us tips on sights, food and everything else. Clean room with a welcome fruit plate. Gave us a brand new motorcycle for rent. Breakfast was good. Body scales in the room. Fully recommend.

The two wonderful ladies who work the front desk are so helpful set us up on a great tour and would answer all your questions very helpful. It’s a good location in the center of everything. They also arranged our driver back to Da Nang airport. We had the largest room, and the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was adequate to start the day. I would recommend it as a budget, friendly small hotel in good location .

The paint in some areas of the room could do with a touch up to bring it back up to the pictures.

The size of our room was good, bed and linens comfortable, everything worked well in the room, breakfast was very nice with a freshly made hot option available but the self serve section was quite extensive with yoghurt, breads, fruit.

The rooms were beautifully presented. The location was close to the centre and the river. The staff were always welcoming and friendly and very helpful with both local attractions and helping to arrange tours and transport.

Great value for the price. Clean and staff was friendly and spoke English (if that's important to you). Centrally located. The staff was kind enough to ask us what we wanted for breakfast when we got back late at night even though we technically missed the cut off time to order. We were only there for one night, but enjoyed our short stay.
