This was an overnight transit stop so a one night stay. Sighted just off the busy night life area of the city it was fine. No great characted but well priced large and comfortable room, and the staff were very pleasant.

Shower area too small

The room is big. The manager respond social app very fast. She is friendly and gives us informations around the city, and booked a nice sleeping bus to Phong Nha with good price. Big thumb to the night-time front desk guy, always with big smile.

The best thing is Hieu and the service she provided to us. She helped with lots of bookings and advice before we even arrived. She was friendly and attentive all the time. The hotel is perfectly located and very comfortable with air conditioning. The delicious breakfast was an added bonus. We stayed here on a recommendation from my daughter who stayed last year and we will recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. Thank you Hieu and team for all your help

Central location but on a quiet alley. Fantastic staff especially the manageress Hue who is lovely and very helpful. Everything looked new and very clean. Supper nice cotton bed linen. Very bright airy rooms. Super bathroom with instant hot water.

Bathroom was really small so it was not easy to close the doors. Doors to shower did not close well. Generally, hotel looks older then on the photos and there is no lift, but staff helps with the luggage. Aircondion is older so a little noisy. 2% fee for payment by card.

Daily cleaning of the room, really comfortable beds, daily updated amenities, exceptional service from the staff (possibility to book taxi and other trips) - really helpful with a lot of suggestions and always available to help though whats up, even last minute

Excellent stay ! We stayed 3 nights at the time hotel. The owner was very kind and give us some information on hue city. We rent at the hotel motorbike which was quite nice and we used it to go to hoi an ! The room was clean, beds okay and there was hot water. At night, we didnt hear lot of noise. I can only recommend this place which is very well placed !

Rooms interior could use a refreshment, but everything was working just fine. Construction right next to the hotel can get noisy.

Great staff! Pretty friendly and helpful, organized a Scooter (cheaper than renting by our own), prepared a very simple, but lovely breakfast every morning and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Keep in mind, it's a budget hotel, so don't expect any luxury facilities. But the room was quite big, was cleaned ever day and the bed was totally fine. Location for us was great. Just a short walk to the walking street and not much traffic in that narrow alley.

For the price this is a very comfortable hotel, location is convenient and the room was clean. The best of this place is the manager, who is always ready to advise in the best possible way. She helped us book bus tickets to Hoi An at a very good price.

The hotel has no sound proofing so any noise in other rooms can be heard. There is no breakfast or communal area in the hotel.

For the price this is a very comfortable hotel rooms are small but have a king bed and a decent shower. What makes this hotel is the staff who go above and beyond it is like having your private tour guide. The location is perfect in the main hub of town but down a small quiet street.

The Times Hotel is very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. We had a great rest there. The best of this place is Hieu, the manager, who is always ready to assist or advise you in the best possible way. What stands out the most is that, in a moment of clumsiness, I forgot my passport and money in the hotel room, and she was more than willing to help me quickly and securely get it sent to Hoi An. We also arrived very early in the morning, tired after a 10-hour bus journey, and she promptly made the room available for us. She and the comfort of her hotel are 100% reliable. Thank you very much Hieu!

Everything fine

The times hotel is a nice hotel close to the walking street with a lot of restaurants and bars (not noisy). Also close to the citadel. It's the first hotel in asia (for me) with a fully working shower cabin. What makes the times hotel such a gem is however Hieu. She helped me without any delay with everything i had in my mind. Day tour to tombs? Done! DMZ tour? Done! How to get to the national park without losing time? She has the solution! Outstanding service. Thank you again! For educated travellers clear number one choice in Hue.
