What's not to like - it was all great.

Tania, Ha and the team are so lovely and very helpful and knowledgeable. Their recommendations for tailoring, leather really made a difference. We hired bikes, which the team organised for us, and it was a great way to get to and from Hoi an town.

Relaxing atmosphere. Staff was very kind and helpful with anything and everything (transfers, laundry, on site massage, tour bookings, recommendations etc.) Room was large and with a great shower/bath 2 min walk to the best part of the beach and plenty of cafes, massages, restaurants surround ing the hotel Calm and relaxing pool area, great with a dip after a long day sightseeing

The staff, Ha and Tanya are exceptional. Their warmth and exemplary service make the guests feel like family members. Generous and lovely breakfast customised to your needs and tastes. A stone’s throw away from a lovely beach is the icing on the cake.

Modern, spacious, clean in a great location. However the main difference was the excellent hosts, Thuy and Ha, who looked after everything we needed in an incredibly efficient and friendly manner. On top of that Thuy (who has great experience in the fashion business) was able to measure me and my partner and arrange for a fantastic tailored classic evening jacket for me, and a pair of stylish linen pants for him. Ready in 48hours! we will definitely return when we can :) (and bring emptier suitcases)

Was all great!

A wonderful little oasis in An Bang, perfectly located in a quiet and pretty street only moments to the beach. The hotel is decorated really tastefully and spotlessly clean. There are only 8 or so rooms so it has a very boutique vibe. Thuy the manager takes great care in the hotel and is so super sweet, such lovely energy. We wish we'd spent less time in Hoi An and stayed longer at Watermark. Brekky was also very yummy!

The hotel is less than a minute's walk from the beach and it was wonderful to sit on the balcony and listen to the sound of the waves. The room was spotless, well decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were wonderfully welcoming and helpful - getting up early to see me off for an early morning flight. The breakfast was delicious and the pool area very relaxing. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

We really enjoyed our week at The Watermark Beachside Hotel . This small , modern hotel was immaculate and the staff were brilliant. Thank you for a great stay despite the rain . We loved the local photographs that adorn the walls .

Fantastic place, would certainly recommend. Very friendly staff, large, clean rooms, nice garden/pool, very nice breakfast. Beach very short walk away and great family friendly, family run restaurants nearby. Room easily fitted an extra bed for our 3 daughter. Good beds.

This place is special and has great energy. Rooms are spacious, pool is super clean, breakfast is awesome and the owners are so kind. Loved the location and so glad we didn't stay in the Ancient town and visited from here, it is super hot in town and here is just a cool breeze. Taxi is 5 minute ride and always available. The Shore Club and Deckhouse restaurants right next door are first class. Beautiful beach. The narrow streets throughout the neighborhood are magical. We also used there shuttle to the Airport, it was actually cheaper and so easy. Thank you!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Watermark. From the friendly and helpful staff to the simple, yet tastefully decorated (and very clean) rooms, everything was near perfect. Breakfast was delicious too with lots of options.

We really enjoyed our stay as our expectations were far exceeded. The hotel is in a great location - nestled in a quiet village just 150m from the beach. The hotel is tastefully decorated and the staff are FANTASTIC! Tanya and the rest of the team really went out of their way to make us comfortable. No request or question was too much for them. The breakfast was really yummy.

This hotel is gorgeous. Close to the beach and really nice spec of rooms and communal areas. The pool is good to swim in and the breakfast is cooked to order. It was my birthday when I was there and the very sweet family that run the place, bought me a cake with candles. It’s a 5* service in this hotel for very affordable price. I will definitely come back to this place. Thank you 😊

All the great reviews are true! Thuy and Ha are beautiful people and lovely hosts. The location is brilliant, literally 2 minutes walk to the spectacular beach. The pool is also great for regular dips. Room was big and bed massive and very comfortable. We were lucky enough to have a really nice balcony too! Plenty of excellent options for food and drink within minutes walking and 10 minute cab to Hoi An.
