Maybe the best value for money I’ve had from a hotel, outstanding. Staff are amazing. Le Tra Giang is amazing! The view from the balcony was the best I’ve seen.

Excellent service, big and clean rooms, good bathroom facilities and complimentary fruit in room. Incredibly helpful staff, organised a private tour for us at a good price, and they found a lost shirt in our room after checkout, contacted us and posted it to our next hotel free of charge. Rooftop pool was also amazing and fitting of a 5 star hotel. Beautiful view of Ha Long Bay from our room.

The only 'nice to have' I can think of, it is that we had to pay the transfers cash, but would have been nice to be able to pay them with card. Also it would be great if they had a souvenir shop in the hotel or some available at reception, like magnets or similar. But I really liked it and I wish I could stay longer.

This hotel is clean, new, pretty, with really welcoming staff, high quality rooms and good breakfast. Ideal if you are looking for a place to stay in Ha Long. You can book your rides to Ha Long cruise terminal, Hanoi, Ninh Binh or other destinations directly with them at a good price. The swimming pool is awesome and there are many restaurants around the hotel.

Nothing. Efficient and good management exceeded my expectations

Marvellous hotel with spectacular view from the rooftop poolbar and swimming pool at the 25th floor over looking the bay. Thank you for the ugrade. Clean comfortable room with great rain shower, fast room service and great movies to watch. The breakfast is real fresh and off excellent quality. Both cruises with Jade Sails and Amethyst were so enjoyable and relaxing. Great beach and chill beach club is awesome place to go to. Live dj's and performances. Special thanks to Kasey Pham to retrieve my lost item in the taxi and send it to me by express courier. Thanks to the amazing staff. Hope to be back soon.

I would like the pool and gym hours to be opened longer.

Beautiful hotel. Contemporary and modern. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was cleaned daily. Bathroom was fresh. Quality bedding. Convenient location.

Nothing about the hotel, but about a specific restaurant nearby which they tried to scam us. We informed the hotel staff to advise their guests to not go there.

Room was very comfortable with nice view to the city. Liked the full glass wall in the bathroom with outside view.

The breakfast was avarage , not at what we expected. There were definitely more Asian options rather than standard European breakfasts. The house keeping could do a better job at their cleaning, specially the bathroom. Outdoor chair and table on the balcony would be a great option.

The location was good and all the facilities were lovely and new. Roof top bar & pool was excellent. Our room has the stunning view over Ha Long Bay. The staff is very well trained , very friendly and helpful. That can easily compete with the staff from European luxury hotels.

A few things that fell short of a 5 star hotel: - Pool area ran out of towels one morning by 11am and we were told to bring towels from our room. They did eventually sort the problem but not appropriate for a 5 star hotel - Hotel info states downstairs cafe serves cakes and pastries however on visiting they seemed to have none. - Balconies NEED some chairs to enjoy the view. Even cheap ones! - I accidentally smashed a glass in the room and they charged me for it. The charge was trivial, but I feel when I had already paid quite a substantial amount for the room it was a bit harsh and unnecessary.

Room was incredible. One of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Huge rooms with massive beds. Very clean. Pool area was very nice with plenty of sun beds. Hotel is clearly new and furniture and decorations are reflective of this. Although location is slightly out of main centre, you can easily pick up a taxi and get in within 5 mins.

Beautiful new hotel in Halong Bay. Staff and accommodation were great. It was a little outside the tourist area where there were so many places to eat. You need a Grab to take you there. Tours were set up for us through the hotel.

The breakfast was avarage, staff in the breakfast room was not managed well. The front desk asked me to present an extra ID document, which i did not have, and it was not necessary to have it when you traveled within Vietnam. But the problem was solved fast.

I really like rooftop pool with the seaview. The staff at the front desk was very friendly.

The SPA was decent but some aspects could have been better.

The hotel itself was amazing, stunning views, helpful and friendly staff. They even assisted with BDay setup. The pool was awesome, the gym was decent, sky bar and buffet was great.

The house keeping could do a better job at their cleaning, I did find a few strands of hair around the chairs when I checked in my room which I don’t appreciate. The reception staff can be a bit more accommodating and will be nice if they let you finish talking before jumping at you for the room selections.

It’s appeared as a newly made hotel, very clean and modern rooms, the terrace pool is the highlight of this hotel, lovely views and very good sunset, if only the pool would be heated then that would be a cherry on the top. Lovely hotel to spend a few days in Ha Long with family.

Exceptional. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room and facilities are spotless. Lots of local shops to explore. The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.
