The location is a little far from the main attractions in Halong Bay if you want to walk, but taxis are very cheap.

The hotel was excellent. The rooftop pool was a great place to hang out. The rooms were big and comfortable and the breakfast was great too.

The wifi in the room was very poor. I had to work during my stay and not being able to join the network was a bit frustrating. Breakfast was good it there were definitely more Asian options rather than standard European breakfasts.

Front desk management was fantastic, Ms. Kasey was in contact with me before my trip and helped in a lot of matters to make my stay even more comfortable. I had my room upgraded which was a very nice surprise:) The pool and view on the 25th floor was amazing. During the afternoon hours we had the pool to ourselves. Rooms were clean and well equipped.

The room was clean and comfortable with an amazing balcony with a sea view. The food at the hotels restaurant was exceptional and Chung was extremely helpful,attentive and polite. The distance from the marina and the tours was very close around 15 minutes by taxi and there were plenty of them around.

About the hotel we can not complain. About our neigbours we can complain very hard. In the night they celebrated on the aisle and opened several doors of their rooms. They are all secured with an alarm which went off several times and was annoying during the night. As we informed the fromt desk, they have send security and the problem got solved very fast, thanks to the hotel.

The hotel is new, yet it starts getting bigger damages already. The room was big with a lot of space and it was clean. We only stayed 4 nights in the hotel which was enough. The breakfast was good but for a longer stay it won`t change much and can get boring. The brekafast buffet is big but no variation from day to day. The staff is very friendly and we got a free late-check-out at 16.00 as our flight was late. This was no problem for the hotel. The pool on top is nice but has already some damages. During the day we had it for us only and could really enjoy it. Very helpful with trips and transportation and also good recomnadation of restaurants by the hotel.

although beautiful glass balconies, the glass of the balcony and the window were not cleaned. The hotel was overcrowded and gave a messy impression. The location was far from the city center as far as I could judge within a 1 day stay.

People pushing in and not queuing for breakfast. Gym needs air conditioning to work properly- far too hot for a workout. Would be nice if the pool was opened till a bit later to enjoy after a day out sightseeing.

The restaurant for dinner time didn’t have some of the food options available on the menu.

The entire experience was incredible. A stay on the 23rd floor overlooking the Bay was stunning. The infinity pool on the 25th floor was a highlight. The breakfast buffet was really great with plenty of food options. The staff are so friendly and do everything they can to be helpful and accommodating.

Could be very noisy and crowded in the hall and a lounge area as well as the pool. People are shouting and extremely mindless of other guests.

The hotel is pretty new. Everything is shiny and of a good quality. Beds are very comfortable. Room is spacious enough with an awesome view.

Excellent place to stay! Beautiful views of the bay, staff were extremely accomodating and helpful when booking bay cruise and taxis. Room was excellent, spacious and very well kept. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Pool area and bar were perfect to relax.

Cocktails in the bar were slightly weak and non-traditional recipes - but you can’t have it all!

Brand new - all top quality. Great pool, bar and massage facilities. Extremely good value - blew all expectations out of the water. Note - only daylight pool and room photos are at this property - the app wouldn’t let me remove the other two.

A little far from the boats to Ha Long Bay, but taxi fare wasn't much. The lobby is always busy but shows how popular they are.

Great stay, staff were very lovely and helpful, facilities were great. We ate in the restaurant also which was good. Pool was a great temperature and a good view from the top. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Ha Long Bay.

Food from restaurant was a big let down, we ordered a seafood pizza, a steak sandwich and tiramisu, unfortunately they used a processed pizza base and far too much mozzarella, steak sandwich was cold, tiramisu tasted of nothing tbh, we should have ordered something traditional from Vietnam as Chef can’t do western food to a decent standard, which was a real shame as the atmosphere, surroundings and service were first class

Nothing to complaint or not like... Everything was appropriate.

Beautiful hotel with an lovely view of the sea and the bay. Fantastic lobby to just sit and relax. Roof top infinity pool and bar is just amazing.. beautiful views... Rooms are so clean and a good size for a couple to easily stay, lots of space to keep the luggage. Balcony is an added bonus. Breakfast is equally good.. Lots of choice and options..fresh breads, eggs to order, Vietnamese noodles, fresh fruits and coffee..and lots more..the staff is very helpful.. I wanted to rent a scooter for a day to explore the bay area and they helped me to find a rental company. 24x7 grocery store just across the street..
