Nothing much to be mentioned

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The room was cozy yet luxurious, and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel has also a great location: everything was within walking distance. I especially loved the spa and the delicious food at the restaurant. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience in Hanoi.

The hotel and staff was really nice, with a pub downstairs with nice food if you don't want to look around too much when you arrive. They also opened the rooftop just before Tet, the view of the whole city during the firework was awesome :)

Hard to find anything, I'd be picking at straws. Perhaps having Soya milk and Gluten free things at breakfast . Then we could score it 11 out of 10

This hotel is excellent. We liked it all. The building itself is also beautiful and worth a special mention, as well as individuals, such as Pheong, (maybe spelt wrong) the lobby man who always was there to help with a huge smile, people like this make the difference.

Away from the sites and old quarter where everything was. It was within about a 30 minutes walking distance though so not too bad. And there were a few nice places to eat and drink nearby.

The warmest welcome and most accommodating staff especially the porter, who was always on duty, made us feel valued guests. Stunning rooftop bar where the staff made lunar new year special. Good breakfast.

Good breakfast with lots of variety, including pho, omelets, steamed veg, variety of fruit. Staff was very helpful and attentive, when needed. Clean, well appointed rooms in a convenient location. Good bahn mei local restaurant very close by, across the street.

The hotel is across the road from a school that is quite loud from around 7.00am. The propaganda announcements also start about this time and there is a speaker right outside the hotel.

The hotel has an old style grandeur and the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Phuong who always made such an effort to help. Lovely breakfast buffet also.

Thien Thai Hotel provides a comfortable and welcoming stay with its prime location, well-appointed rooms, and exceptional service. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The decor was modern and tasteful, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were truly nice and the hotel has adequate facilities, including a fitness center and a spa.

Nothing. It was very good value for the money.

The staff were so helpful and the location of the hotel was great. There are so many nice restaurants nearby and the local area seems very safe, and within the walking distance to the lake. The breakfast was surprisingly good too with a lot of meat, vegetable, egg and sweet choices.

Staff was very polite and willing to help in everything we asked for. Location is very near the Old Town and many other sights, the area around the hotel is very interesting with a lot of eateries. The room was cleaned very well every day.

Should have a mirror, outside the bathroom, for lady’s makeups .. in room as standard. We booked 3 rooms but none has one. Food variety could improve and quality of dish, proper and authentic as can be especially Vnmese dishes.

The staff were very friendly they made us feel welcomed and checked that we were always ok. The rooms were clean and decent size. The breakfast in the morning had plenty of options, including gluten free options. The chef will make eggs your way to order. The location was also really convenient just outside old town which was an easy 5-10min walk away. Great value for money. There is a gym and spa onsite as well.

The sound insulation of the room is poor - I could hear everything in the corridor including the elevator noise. Myself and other guests were frequently asked by hotel staff to give a 10/10 rating on Booking.com.
