We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

VietnamWe were irritated by the neighbour's noise in the morning. It is not the hotel's fault though.
They offered excellent services that secure our trip. The owner/staffs went extra mile to pick us up, to buy for us the ferry tickets and to consult our sightseeing. The hotel is supper clean and its facilities are well maitained.

We were made to feel like family on arrival, super friendly and helpful host. Helped arrange boat trips, transport and bike hire. Also good food recommendations, despite a slight language barrier we enjoyed our stay.

PolandThe only thing: mattresses in beds are very hard. It depends on what do you like (or does your back like). One of us couldn't sleep well because of that. Two of us slept well. But this is not the owner's fault. You just can't meet all the expectations of all customers.
Extremely friendly and helpful, enthusiastic owners. They welcome you warmly and help in every aspect of stay in the island, including transport from and to pier and booking ferry ticket to come back. Communication in basic English is possible. Spacious and comfortable room with sea view. Very clean in the room and in common space. One of the best stays I've ever booked through this site. Definitely recommended!

He was very helpful and provided us with everything needed! The room was clean and comfortable. Lots of places to get food nearby. And Ly Son Island is a great place to explore! The service was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!!! Thoughtful, welcoming and well prepared. The host picked us up at the pier, helped us with our luggages, arranged our ferry tickets and provided all info that we need. What we can do ourself here is only to enjoy the trip. We really could not ask for more. My Family keeps talking about their wonderful service as the hightlight of the trip. We will definitely come back here to stay if we visit this island again.

HungaryThe room wasn't very spacious, but honestly, Ly Son island is gorgeous, you won't spend much time in the room anyway.
This place is amazing. The rooms are simple, but comfortable and clean. The price was super cheap, but the room came with AC, hot water, and the wifi was very fast, too. The best part was the owner, though, he was super helpful. For example he provided motorbikes for a good price, he helped with boat tickets to Dao Be, and he even took me to the new museum, which is not open yet, but the owner got the key somehow and took me there himself. The location is great, too. I highly recommend this place!
