The bathroom was not exceptionally clean, but you have to be used to it in Asia. For guests staying more days, it would be lovely to have more options for the breakfast. But not such a problem. Paying a fee for early check OUT was our first time (we left the room for the airport before 6:30). Was a surprise for us.

Owners are both great people! Whole house is an oasis of calm and relaxation. Great appartments and food. Hihgly recommend to stay here when you will appear in Phu Quoc. Best choice!

In our kitchen and bathroom, there were a lot of tiny ants, sometimes they ate our food))) Mosquitos were quite annoying, better to use repellent all the time

Very green, nice place. The hosts were so nice and helpful. They offered us to rent almost a new motorbike at a good price and upgraded our room for free because of our long stay. We were appreciated by their efforts to make our stay like home. We have a really sweet and cozy dinner with another guests organized by the host. And also they were as kind as cooked for us delicious crabs for our request. The place is full of cats and kittens, so adorable, wanna adopted all of them :D The location is in the centre of the island, but without transport, it's not easy to get to the best place. The breakfast is tasty just a small variation of dishes. The wifi probably not the best one, but it was possible to work. I definitely can recommend this place for those who wants to stay in quite, peaceful place, loves animals and don't need an access for a private beach.

If you want to wake up and go to sleep with the sound from the jungle in a green oasis - in the middle of the city, this is the place! Super cool and original design of the whole place, both in the restaurant and the rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff that serve very good breakfast and food in the restaurant. They offering scooter-rental, that is a good option to go to the beaches around, and just 10 min drive to the centre. We stayed in the 2-floors apartment that is highly recommended. Perfect place!

A bit weird when you have to pay in advance. Everytime when the guest want to order more then it's gonna take time. The incandescent bulbs might consume more power. Another option that save energy can take into the consideration.

A big green area at the center of the house with natural sun light. Nice decoration with the combination of books, plants. Delicious foods and drinks. Free breakfast. Excellent staff.

We didn’t like the city/location. Loving animals (and not being allergic) is a necessity considering the dogs, cats and rabbits out there.

it is a little sanctuary on the outskirts of the city, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It looks very nice and tropical with all the plants and animals. The owners are really kind, friendly and helpful.

Tinh House, a serene retreat tucked away from the bustling main road, became the highlight of our Vietnam trip. It's important to note that Tinh House is a homestay, not a luxury hotel, but its unique charm surpasses expectations.

This resort is a haven for animal lovers. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, the cocktails are excellent, and the breakfast is simply delicious. The owners are remarkably kind and speak fluent English. Additionally, the option to rent scooters on-site is very convenient. The chambermaid was extremely diligent and took care of our room every day. The communal spaces exude serenity with numerous plants, cats, dogs, and even rabbits. Moreover, the apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, dishwashing, and even laundry. In my opinion, I would rate this establishment 11 out of 10!

That I had to leave

The cosiest, most comfortable stay I've had in all of Vietnam. The place was beautiful, relaxing, with great facilities and very close to the centre. The staff are helpful friendly and despite our zero Vietnamese, they did their best to communicate with us. Our host Yen was super accommodating, we had 4 delays with our flight and arrived very late in the night- close to midnight, but she stayed up for us to check us in. Beaches are 15 minutes away, and they provide rental motorbikes for reasonable prices. I will definitely come back to stay here when I visit Phu Quoc again!

The shower gel wasnt enough. AC was right on top of the bed which was noisy and direct cold.

The whole garden concept was really peaceful and well decorated. Lots of house animals which was cute. We liked the kitchen and the bedroom which was upstairs. They have a coffee shop on the ground floor, i was expecting morning coffee during breakfast but its ok.
