Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

VietnamVery nice hotel, with friendly staff, very clean and comfortable, breakfast is tasty and nutritious. Location is good. Have underground parking for moto or cars (charged separately). Wifi is strong and fast. Everything is new and fresh.

Location is great. Room was upgraded and we were happy with that. Very kind and friendly receptionist. Hotel located on 33-34th floors so it gives great views both: during the day and during the nights.

GermanyWe did not translate the address which is written in booking. There it says „34. floor“, also google maps directs to a different point and there are several buildings with the same housemumber. You should include a picture of the building from the outside and add a description text how to find your hotel. (It is IN an other Hotel located). We found it after nearly one hour searching and had to ask several people. This was really annoying. Vietnamese-speaking people won‘t have the problem, I don‘t know. But for foreigners it is more complicated. But execpt for this, there is nothing to complain.
Beautiful Room, very good view and nice bathroom. Everything was very good. Breakfast which is typical for the country, maybe not for europeans - but I liked it.

United StatesThis past weekend was a major national holiday so the hotel was very busy and a bit noisy. It has since quieted back down.
Beautiful view of the bay. The manager, Moon, was so helpful especially lining up transportation for us. Internet is very good. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

United StatesThis is not a good place for foreigners. They charged us more money than the locals and treated us worse than the locals. They do not have breakfast available for foreigners (told us they didn't have breakfast for us but suddenly had breakfast once locals appeared; but we weren't allowed to eat it even though we have proof that we paid for it), there were ants in the room, and the staff does not communicate well. Do not stay here if you are a foreigner.
The view is good. It's close to the beach.
