We loved TMS. Great location, outstanding views (we were ocean view on 19th floor). Staff lovely and very accommodation. Breakfast menu outstanding. Very light and bright interiors which were refreshing. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again. The infinity pool is beautiful.

I was charged for minibar items I did not consume. On second look the rooms and facilities need some maintenance.

The location is good right across the beach. On first glance the facilities look ok. Staff try to be attentive.

Really great stay in Da Nang with exceptional service, nice breakfast buffet, and perfect location. Great view of the ocean and beach, and spa services were professional, very relaxing, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

The service was excellent, very friendly personnel at the reception and at the pool deck! The outdoor pool on the the roof is fantastic with an excellent view to the sea. Many restaurants and the nightmares is nearby.

The hotel manager was incredibly helpful when i left my phone in a grab taxi. He was really resourceful calm and smart. He put a post on the website to find it after trying to call grab multiple times. Thanks so much

The outdoor pool area is small for the size of the hotel but it didn’t bother us as we were there for the huge beach!

Our hotel room was overlooking the beach which was perfect and amazing to wake up to in the morning. The hotel is large and clean and staff were always around if you needed anything. Breakfast was also amazing with so much to choose from.

They dont have 3 people room with full sea view .. they dont have that type of room.. it was just a partial sea view

Room was advertised as for 3 adults, but it was definitely max for 2. We were 2 adults and 2 kids, struggling to find a sleeping position. We were not given additional sheets for the kids. Beds were not comfortable, as mattress were old/ used and not flat anymore.

Check in made a good impression. Modern property with great location, across the road from the beach!

From check in greeting to check out , our stay was fabulous. Roof pool and sunbed area are lovely. Great choice at breakfast. Lovely location overlooking the beach. Coffee Dock in lobby is cool too.

The rooftop pool is lovely. However not enough loungers to accommodate all the guests as the area is a tad too small.

The service from staff was exceptional. The rooms were spacious. The location is right across from the beach. The restaurant on the rooftop is also excellent for evening meals. Cocktails are great.

Cleaning of room could be a bit better. Also laundry service, one of our shirts turned out smaller after getting it back from laundry.

Such an amazing family that is running this hotel. From the moment we came in, till we left they were so helpful and so friendly. One of the highlights of our trip here. The hotel self is pretty new I think. Good breakfast and nothing is too much asked. Truly enjoyed our stay here and all because of the family!
