Our favourite accomodation of the whole trip. The staff were so welcoming, from when we got there we received welcoming drinks and were provided a beautiful room facing the beach (Free upgrade). Me and my family would like to thank them for making our holiday in Da Nang one to remember!

There weren't very many sun beds by the pool but we typically didn't have to wait very long for them. The laundry service is free for 5 individual items of clothing but after that it's very expensive and you're better off going around the corner to one of the local laundry services. They did slightly shrink one linen shirt but everything else came back ok.

Absolutely stunning hotel in an amazing location. The staff were very friendly and catered to our needs. The views from the pool and room were stunning! Reasonably priced and they even do some laundry for you free of charge.

The guest relationship officers were excellent. Our room was facing the beach. There's an open-air nightclub/disco about 150 meters down the road. They were blasting their music late into the night which disturbed our sleep. The next morning, the GRO asked us whether we had a good sleep. My wife casually mentioned it's noisy and couldn't sleep. The GRO immediately took action and offered to change our room to a higher floor which we happily accepted. We had a good sleep after that. Next morning another GRO came looking for us while we were having breakfast. It was a pleasant surprise. She asked how was our sleep after we changed room. We told her we had a good sleep. The same thing happened when we checked out. Another GRO asked us the same question and hoped we had a good stay. We happily said yes. We're super happy with the excellent services of your GROs. They made us feel at home. Keep up the good services.

There really is nothing that stands out

On first impressions the property was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic and the food was lovely. Breakfast was fantastic. The girls at breakfast even got to know what type of coffee you had. Excellent service from Nan. She was so kind and sweet. The rooms were clean and spacious.

They gave me a bit of anxiety before arriving because they refused our credit card just 2 days before the start of our stay because it was on my partner's name and not mine. I would have appreciated a question instead, but we solved it quickly so no harm done.

Awesome staff, they really give their best. Room was nice, we even received an upgrade on the view. Breakfast was really good and the restaurant too. Loved the pool and the skybar. We also used 2 of their shuttles and it saved us a lot of planning. They also helped me by secretly decorating the room for my partner's birthday while we were out. 😍 We also used their laundry service twice - they comped some of the stuff, which was a really nice touch.

I don’t give top marks very often but this place was great. The area was excellent with the beach on one side and the little streets of Au Duong at the back. The room was huge and had no noise from neighboring rooms at all. Staff were, as is always the case in Vietnam, excellent. We were on the 22nd floor and did get a bit of street noise but didn’t bother us too much at all and I’m very sensitive to noise. Lower floors might get a bit more. Breakfast wasn’t included in our booking but it looked good. We just went to a little French bakery for a croissant (excellent) and coffee. Suited us to have a break from the big breakfasts we’ve been having.

I loved this place - will come back here! I booked 20 nights in the TMS hotel and I loved everyone of them. It starts with a very warm welcome where you're greeted with a friendly smile, a refreshing cocktail and a Hawaiian like flower necklace. When they asked me if they could take my photo I was a bit hesitant, but when they gave me the printed photo in a lovely welcome frame I was sold. My room was as hoped. Large, huge bed, huge bathroom with super nice walk-in shower with a big rain shower-head. I had booked a room with city view and that's what I got. I stayed at the 23rd floor and the views were fantastic, I had a nice balcony with seating options and it was simply perfect. What I also loved is the AC which was very sensitive, but in a good way. You could really fine tune the room temp by changing it only 1'C degree up or down. My room was also very quiet and when the sliding door the balcony is closed you shut out 99% of the outside noises. I didn't spend much time on the rooftop even though it is a lovely terrace with a good restaurant (I ate here once). The rooftop infinity pool is very relaxed, but it only offers a few beach beds so if you want to spend some time there you have to be early. I couldn't care less as right in front of the hotel there's a long-stretched white sandy beach where you can enjoy the sun and sea in a perfect way. For only EUR 1,35 you can rent a bed for the day and get some refreshments too. The beach wasn't crowded when I stayed there and there's a lot of space if you want to have some more space. But again, this beach is plenty big and you will never feel crowded. What else? Well to my opinion the most important was the genuine feel of the hospitality in TMS hotel. Each and every team member was fantastic and incredibly service oriented and friendly. A big shout out and THANK YOU to Thanh Thào working in the small coffee corner in the lobby.

We loved TMS. Great location, outstanding views (we were ocean view on 19th floor). Staff lovely and very accommodation. Breakfast menu outstanding. Very light and bright interiors which were refreshing. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again. The infinity pool is beautiful.

I was charged for minibar items I did not consume. On second look the rooms and facilities need some maintenance.

The location is good right across the beach. On first glance the facilities look ok. Staff try to be attentive.

Really great stay in Da Nang with exceptional service, nice breakfast buffet, and perfect location. Great view of the ocean and beach, and spa services were professional, very relaxing, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
