Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandIt is a bit far away from the center but should not be a problem because taxi is available 24/7 and pretty cheap, only 50-60000 VND from there to the city center.
Super new and clean flat. The matresses were very comfy. The host was very nice and friendly. She showed our mom around with her scooter the night we arrived. The price was very reasonable :)

AustraliaAbout 3.5kms to the centre of Hue. Easy to get 4 or 7 seater grab to get there though. No good cafes within walking distance, but it’s a rapidly developing area so I think that will change in a year or 2.
Clean, good facilities, beautiful pool, washing machine. No dryer but a drying rack on balcony. Person checking us in and out was nice.

United StatesSlightly far but walkable to the city restaurants, stores ECT. The beds were very firm.
The host was absolutely one of the best and most accommodating host I have experienced. Unfortunately there was major flooding from record rains when we were there. The host did everything they could to make sure we were safe, secure and had enough to eat and drink. They went above and beyond for us and we highly recommend them to anyone wanting to stay in a great apartment in Hue.

AustraliaThere are no restaurants nearby and the ‘mini-mart’ is awful. You are dependent on Grab taxi for food And it’s a 5-10 minute taxi ride to get anywhere near civilisation.

AustraliaThe bedrooms blinds do not block out the morning sun very well. We could not get a decent night's sleep as the locals and places around play music until late and the sound echos around but this could also have been a one off as it was towards the end of the TET festivities. Then the roosters crow at sunrise!
The apartment is a good size but the beds are a bit hard. Lovely views of Hue from the balcony. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. Happy to have a washing machine to use. The property is a little bit out of town but we took taxis everywhere. There are not many buildings around it and a lot of vacant blocks which look like they will eventually be built on. There are a couple of mini marts close but not much else. Correspondence with the host was easy.
