The hotel is good located. In this area are restaurants, markets and the harbor is nearby. The staff is very friendly. They offer many possible activities that you can do in Lan Ha or Ha Long Bay. Across the street is a vegan restaurant that offers very good vegan food.

During weekends (such as Saturday when we stayed), it can get noisy from locals that come visit the island and party with music and karaoke until very late at night. Not an issue with the hotel, only the noise around when it is loud outside.

Newer hotel with clean rooms, and good facilities. Good price for what you get. Tours can be booked through the reception at good prices compared to what can be booked online, so it saves the trip to a local booking office within Cat Ba. Beds were clean and big, good clean pillows and linens. We personally prefer a softer mattress though.

Family owned business. Good place stay with well maintained hygiene standards. Very close to the main promenade and restaurants. Owner very helpful and friendly - offers other services such us local tours and taxi services. Fresh breakfast served every morning.
