There are local businesses and a school that can be noisy early in the morning but this isn't the fault of the owner.

The location is away from the busy bustling centre of Da Nang. Combined with the comfortability of the rooms you will definitely have a peaceful sleep. The facilities and standard of the apartment is great. The bed is super comfortable. The owner is exceptionally kind, asking frequently if you need anything. Ensuring clean towels, toiletries and bedding are provided every few days. Tony's English is great and will help you navigate Da Nang with ease. Payment with cash or card was offered and self check in was a a nice touch.

You can hear the outside noise starting from early morning.

Clean, spacious and very bright apartment with good shower and kitchen. We appreciated also the washing machine and good internet. It is very close to the beach, minimarkets and coffee shops. The owner is friendly and available when anything is needed. Overall we really liked our stay and would be happy to return.

The hotel is located on a quiet street, but like everywhere else in Vietnam, it can be noisy. The day starts at 6 a.m., and neighbors often play music, which can be disturbing if you are a light sleeper. A couple of times, the karaoke next to the house was too loud into the night, but this is specific to the region, not a problem with the location. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Lovely hotel type apartment, regular cleaning, always fresh towels and linen. The owner, Tony, is a handsome and helpful person and always willing to help with any issues. The rooms are large, bright, and cozy. There are all cooking utensils as well as a steamer for clothes, which is very handy. The room lacked a couple of plates and hangers, but we bought them ourselves and left them for future guests.

Its very clean and comfortable I work remotely and stayed here for a month, you have your own wifi hub. there's a shop literally outside the place, the co working space is about 10 minutes walk and the beach is a few metres. Tony was very helpful, id recommend.

Very new , clean and spacious..in a quiet residential area yet close to restaurants etc. 10-15 walk to the sea front with cafes and bars Owner , Tony was most helpful and checking in so easy. We were able to communicate by WhatsApp and replies were prompt.

Everything was perfect - starting from Booking, first contact , arrival incl. check-in and check-out. Tony is very helpful, speaks excellent English and gives us fantastic advices. Room is like on the Pictures - big, quite new and with everything equipped you need for a long or short stay. We definitely come back! Thanks also for the Scooter!

I had a great stay here for a few weeks, and extended a couple of times. Nicely fitted out, very comfortable, and the location suited me well. And the owner is a nice guy too; really helpful.

SUPER - Definitely the best Apartment we got on our 7 weeks trip! It starts already with the Communication before arrival. Tony was very helpful and obliging. The communication was easy going as Tony speaks perfectly English. The Apartment is like you see it on the pictures - quite New and fully equipped (very modern!) with everything you need (big Smart TV!) for a short or long stay. (we've stayed 6 nights..). Not far from the beach! Tony provided us also with one of his Scooters - perfect ride for getting around in DaNang. The Location was also fantastic - with markets and restaurants (seafood!) around. After 5 Countries , many Hotels and rooms - our Stay in Tony's Apartment was the fantastic and best end you could wish for yourself after such a long trip. Thanks to Tony also for his recommendations. We had a fantastic time - THX - Wir kommen wieder!

Very good and positive owner. He can speak english and help you if you have some question about apartments or city. Room is big and clean. There is a kitchen and all kitchen stuff we need. So you can cook food if there is such need. Bed is comfortable. Overall it is good for the price.

There is no shared area/terrace/pool because even top floor/roof is used as a private(?) apartment. You have to use whatsapp if you dont have local phone number for communication.

Apartments are very clean. They are exactly like on photos (07/2023). All of them have open view. Silent and clean AC which works perfectly.

Tony's apartment is clean and spacious. It's the perfect distance from the beach (about 8-10 mins walk) - close enough to get there comfortably by foot, while also allowing us to hang at more local streets & cafes further inland. We also really enjoyed our chats with him where he shared more about Vietnam. A wonderful experience overall!

- Internet was very unstable; although a good speed - jitter and often disconnects were a norm. Router reloads at midnight, after which speed drops down to almost a zero for a few hours - not good. - Located in small street with local residents, who can be very noisy: songs at 7 am, karaoke in evening for a whole street to listen to. - Furniture is a little bit worn off, still in a good shape, but not top notch.

- All required kitchenries and utilities such as dishes, bowls, etc, were present; - Appartments design and their appliances are very comfortable, new, clean; - Awesome lighting in all room with adjustable color, small balcony with lights; - Very spacious; - Clean, host additionally cleans appartments two times a week; - Not far from the beach, 10 minute walk; - Host is very friendly and helpful.
