Great location (not too close to Tam Coc and all the other tourists, but still near Trang An and Mua Cave), clean, quiet, beautiful garden, friendly host

The restaurant in front had some refurbishing work being carried out - which was out of our hosts’ control. Nevertheless, we felt at home and at peace. Comfy bed, great bathroom, very clean.

The feel of the place, its authenticity; the friendliness and courteousness of our hosts. Location could not be better for Trang An boat tour, Am Tien cave and park and also not far from Bai Dinh 🥰

Fantastic stay. The rooms were incredible, with everything looking brand new. Big rooms, with massive ensuites. The staff were amazing. The hostess was very friendly, and knowledgeable. She recommended places for us to visit, and helped us plan our days. The onsite restaurant is family run, and produces amazing food. I would highly recommend at least a few days here to fully unwind after spending time in Hanoi or other busy areas !

This place is absolutely stunning. Everything about this hotel is gorgeous and I'd gladly stay here without a second thought if I'm back in Ninh Binh again. The hostess/ the family who runs it are the sweetest and the most kindest I've met in Vietnam. ❤️

We loved everything about the property. We had the family suite for our family of 6 and it was perfect. We ate our meals at the restaurant and the food was great, the bikes were great, the view was great! I would highly recommend this place. We stayed over tet and they included us in their meal and our kids played with the family. It was such a unique and special experience. I would stay again.

Everything…what a charming little place with only a few rooms on a quiet part of the river. The character of the homestay is delightful with a beautiful garden setting and modern rooms. The rooms are comfortable with a king bed and great bathroom facilities. The manager was a lovely young lady who runs the hotel with her husband…a very good cook too. Friendly, helpful always with smiling faces this was a great stay. Hidden away off the main road it is a central position to visit all the tourist sites and into the busy Tam Coc and Ninh Binh city centre too. Loved our time and home for our stay in this area.

The glass bathroom is a little disconcerting but I just left the curtains shut so I didn't inadvertently forget

The location is sublime, the bungalows face the river and are surrounded by beautiful gardens. The front wall of the bungalows are mainly glass maximising the views. The owners are lovely and super helpful, they are very caring about their guests comfort. For example if it's raining before breakfast they will quietly leave an umbrella beside your door so you won't get wet on the short walk to the dining area. They also have bicycles for your free use and can get taxis and scooter hire at a reasonable rate too. There's a small boat trip running from the opposite bank, and a boat can be called over to the garden jetty to collect you. The bungalows are only 11 months old so the beds are new and comfortable and everything is sparkling clean. There's plenty of hot water and switches where you want them. I will return here.

Nhung and the rest of the staff made me feel very much at home. The place is overlooking a river and there is a beautiful garden with trees and flowers surrounding the accommodation. The room had a very large shower, large bed and white sheets. Everything was spotlessly clean. The cherry on the cake was the bicycle that Nhung very kindly let me use. I cycled to all the sights and managed to avoid the tourist traps. Moreover, I could eat there whenever I wanted to and the food was always very good and genuine. Staying at Trang An is much quieter than staying at Tam Coc or Ninh Binh. I will recommend this place to all my friends!

Wonderful location, nice rooms, very friendly staff. Close to ancient capital Hoa Lu (you can go by boat from the homestay). And close to the area with beautiful karst-mountains and caves which you can visit by boat.

This homestay is beautiful! The garden was so well curated, rooms super clean and comfortable, the owners were so sweet too. We really loved how convenient and cheap the scooter rental was, we were able to get around Ninh Binh so easily. And having a home cooked meal was perfect when we didn’t feel like going out. We absolutely loved our stay!

A wonderful location, a beautifully maintained and kept property - wonderful gardens (with many butterflies). The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and looked straight out to the river and casts. The staff were lovely and helpful and the restaurant was very good.

It was a clean and lovely homestay in a quiet part of Trang An. We were able to use bicycles and rent a scooter. The home made food was really good. The owners of the homestay were very friendly and kind. Would highly recommend this place for your visit to Ninh Binh.

Beautiful setting next to the river. The homestay is very well maintained with lovely gardens. The rooms are very new, beds very comfortable and everything very clean. We could hire a scooter from the owner but you could also walk or cycle to many places. The restaurant at the resort served great food. The owners were super helpful and friendly.
