The buttons “clean/do not disturb” didn't work, and it was hard to notice which one is on. The cleaning ladies are amazing but they knocked on my room multiple times, I didn’t need my room to be cleaned every day and I felt like I was constantly telling the cleaning ladies “NO thank You, tomorrow” - good issue to have ;-)

I liked this place a lot. The bed was great, the bathroom was great. The breakfast was amazing. I don't eat meat and the staff at the breakfast always check the dishes for me and ask the kitchen if there is any meat in the dish. Plenty of vegetables for breakfast, cooked rice, and pasta. The coffee was good. The kettle in the room and tea. I had a good price for the room and the breakfast made it an amazing price. The staff was super friendly.

The bathroom was a bit outdated.

Was a good value for money, close to the beach. Room was enough big, but not too much space for clothes. There is a rooftop bar with a small operair pool, if the weather is good, it must be a good place for chilling. Staff is friendly.

It has only to do with myself: I prefer private, heartful atmosphere more than a polite, unpersonal hotel A bit strange was that the staff at the pool made a picture of mine which then the staff at the reception asked me to airdrop. I think it was not in bad meaning but still strange to me. The pool looks much nicer in the pictures than it is.

After some great homestays we decided for a hotel in Da Nang. This is a good hotel. All staff is very friendly. The location is absolutely great. It is near to the beach and some good restaurants. If you like veggies go the the Indian vegetarian Restaurant quite next door. Breakfast is good if you like lunch stuff in the morning. (For myself pancakes, fruit and a Coffee are enough.)

Very nice hotel and good location. Close to the beach, night market, shops, cafes and restaurants. Everything you need is near. All the staff were very good and professional. If we wondered about something, the reception always helped. The doorman was very good. They always open the door and helped carry things. The room is clean and nice. We are thankful that the staff did a good job every day. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of different selections. We are satisfied. The pool was clean and nice. We love it. We stayed at the hotel for 16 nights and were very satisfied with our stay. We got in good contact with everyone who worked there, especially Eric. He did a excellent job. He was always in a good mood, very kind, worked hard, we also observed that he helped in several places, where help was needed, and he was professional. He did everything he could to make us as guests feel good. It was sad the day we left and said goodbye to him. We strongly recommend the hotel.

The location is perfect, about 15 minutes from Da Nang airport , 2 minutes by walk to the beach, many restaurant , cafe and shop around. The room with great view , very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, they helped me check in quickly and rent a motorbike at a reasonable price. We will be back here in the future.

Breakfast was just okay. The omelettes were good as were some of the Vietnamese dishes.

The location was good. We have stayed in this area on previous visits to Da Nang. The staff were excellent and tried their best to make our stay more comfortable.

Very nice hotel with nice staff and great location. Breakfast very good, with a large selection of dishes and good coffee. The hotel is located almost on the beach and close to the center with shops and restaurants. Super pool on the roof with a view and good drinks and coffee.

Breakfast (buffet style) was okay, not great but acceptable for a small hotel. Swimming pool was located on the roof (accessed via a staircase from our level) - small (wouldve been ok) but just way too windy and chilly for us haha. Walls/doors are quite thin (or maybe the guests next door were just talking too loudly) but we could hear their conversations and coughing v loudly (and early in the morning). Bathroom - design of the shower/ bath tub area can be improved as water will definitely spray out onto the floor but they might have anticipated it and installed a glass panel to at least prevent the toilet bowl from getting wet.

After staying in airbnbs for 1 week, staying here was a very nice way to end off our trip. Location was great - easy to find, prominent and near the beach. Service was good - allowed us to check in a bit earlier than 2pm once she ensured our room was ready, the counter receptionists were all v polite and helpful with good English speaking skills. Room was lovely (we got the deluxe room) - they gave us the corner room on the highest floor which could see to the beach, room was a great size with a king sized bed and a seating area with comfy sofas. Smart TV was great with access to English channels like CNA, HBO and youtube. Additional point: I actually really appreciated the soft instrumental music playing through the corridors - quite nice to wake up to with the music wafting softly into our room!

I was so happily suprised as i enter that the room was so beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast is good..We really appreciated this modern and clean hotel with amazing pool. We loved everything. The hotel is new, our room was big, well furnished. The staff is incredible, they gave us an welcome drink while we were checking in. The breakfast is excellent, the staff in the breakfast room is very responsive and nice. The food is very tasty. Thank you so much for everything. Don't hesitate to book this hotel, you won't regret it.

This was by far the strictest hotel we have ever stayed in with all their rules & restrictions & fines to be imposed onto the guests ! Customer service was also not good at all. They forgot who pays their salaries! They even don't allow you to get water from the cafe for your small bottle! Breakfast was nothing to shout about . we stayed 4 nights at this hotel & everyday the food was very similar & lacked varieties. Pizza , dumplings were served cold when they shld be warm. The first 2 nights of our stay we were assigned a room with connecting doors & we could hear the couples next door quarrelling until late night !! Then we requested to have quiet room for the 3rd & 4th nights & they gave us a room directly facing the main road !! We can hear music fr the bars / shops downstairs till midnight. So it’s equally bad! Please book other hotels . This one is not recommended.

Staff could not help with any questions like bike, bus stations etc No european breakfast. Fruits tasted like onion and meet, as they were probably cut on the same cutting board. So we couldnt eat anything. Instead of 20 warm dishes, a bit more varity in european style breakfast would be great
