Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaOur room on floor nine was extremely noisy in the morning as you are right under the restaurant for breakfast from 7.00am. You can hear the chairs being dragged on the floors and the setup by staff, not want you want to hear every morning. We did asked to be moved to another floor, which they kindly did with no problem whatsoever.
Central location in district 1. Easy to get to most attractions. Comfortable beds and clean rooms, staff were exceptional.

SingaporeMy friend had left his power bank in the hotel and we realized it when at our 2nd hotel. I contacted the hotel on the 4th day of our trip. But till now after the 10th day of our trip, still no response from the hotel itself.
The location of the hotel is very good, walking distance to alot main attraction. And the price really affordable which includes breakfast

AustraliaThe hotel was going to charge us for missing bottles of water in the mini bar which we never consumed, I suspect the fridge was never restocked before we checked in. Thankfully we were able to prove otherwise.
We only stayed one night. Booked two rooms. The beds were big and comfy. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Noise levels were reasonable.
