How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nothing all was great 👍
Rooms were very spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful it was very quiet at night and great beds really comfy free water and cleaning every day air conditioning was excellent 👍

Excellent location near the beach but in a quiet alley Super comfortabel bed, clean room fully equipped with smart tv and fridge Very good value!

I liked everything about this hotel. Tony, the manager is exceptionaly helpful and the rest of the staff are excellent. Everyone is so friendly. The hotel is in the middle of the tourist district but is off the main street, so it is quiet. Most of Nha Trang's best international restaurants are within four blocks and there are innumerable nearby Vietnamese restaurants. Nha Trang's best beach is about two blocks away. The room is spacious, very clean and everything works. The tv has some international channels and there is a comfortable chair and desk. For what you get it is one of the best value for money hotels at the budget level. There is nothing to dislike.

No kettle in room
Was able to check in super early (5AM) for a small fee. Very good location and the room was very big. Close to restaurants and beach

Everything works and it is in the best location in Nha Trang. The beach is 1 1/2 blocks away. When it was built quality materials were use so it has aged really well. The air con was superb.

The bathroom had a bad smell. A staff member also mistakenly unlocked our door and walked in whilst we were inside.
Good location, clean room, nice staff. Comfiest bed I’ve had in se Asia so far.

I could see a small number of ants in the room. While they are not yet a significant problem per se, I think that it would be helpful to address the issue early on as the number of ants, if it remains un-checked, tends to snowball in a relatively short period of time.
This was my second stay at this hotel. This time I got to stay on higher floors than last time which was on the 2nd floor, thus a more quiet environment. While my first stay experience was satisfactory, I had an even more satisfying stay this time mainly thanks to the hospitality of the receptionist Ms.Na who was very helpful to solve the guest's problems as if they were her own. So, in addition to the hotel's location near the beach and spacious room, her hospitality and dedication to address the guest's issues will be the main reasons for my return to this hotel in the future.

The lack of hotel amenities like complimentary water, which is understandable given the relatively cheap room price.
The location, the spacious room, and the service quality of the receptionist lady Na(if I can remember her name correctly) were the major points I liked about the hotel. I was particularly impressed with her guest-oriented mind-set as she was very attentive to the guest's requests. Moreover, she took the trouble to let me know that early check-in was possible at 10:00AM, which I thought was a very rare thing for hotels.

- Great value for money. - clean room with comfy bed and large room. Had tv, hairdryer, hot water & extra duvet if needed - right next to the beach with close restaurants and the night market - WiFi & air con worked well - we arrived early and dropped bags off. Then they messaged us to say we could check in early which was great

During check out from the hotel, I was forced to pay for two bottles of water that were in my room, without warning in advance that the water was paid. Considering the fact that in all hotels water is included in the price. And the cost of water, respectively, is several times more expensive. It left a bad aftertaste.
Good location, clean room. There is everything what you need.

I didn’t like the blanket was thin like a sheet maybe that was only a blanket cover the staff forgotten to put the blanket inside. I didn’t like I had to pay for the bottle of water in the room and the staff didn’t tell me it wasn’t free before I checked in .
The lady receptionist is very friendly and helpful. I like the shower a lot it’s better than most of the hotels. The room is big ! Overall was good stay.

Driving is a bit confusing due to one-way roads, but not a deal breaker.
The room is very clean. They have everything you need for a exceptionally good price. The location is great. I would recommend people to come here for their stays.

It was quite hard to find the correct way to property. Staff did not speak English.
Very nice and big room with private bathroom. The place was quiet and near to the beach.
