Nothing to dislike!

This hotel served as the perfect start base for us to explore Hanoi, our first point of arrival for our trip in Vietnam! The staff are extremely kind as we were welcomed with a tea upon arrival and they are happy to provide assistance with anything. The rooms are very comfortable and the location is perfect. Breakfast was also good. We would definitely return to this hotel if we pass by Hanoi again some day!

This was the second time I have stayed here and it was as excellent as before. Fantastic location - so close to the lake and old quarter, and yet in an extremely quiet street. Tasty breakfast. Best thing is the very friendly and helpful staff. Throughly recommend staying here.

The bathroom is a little tiny, but it's okay with this price.

Good location, close to the night market yet it's not too busy. The staff are very nice and helpful, offer a free upgrade to our family without asking. The room is clean and well maintained.

The accommodation is minutes away from everything in the old quarter making it perfect for our visit. The room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were excellent and always very helpful and attentive. Lily in particular always ensured that we never missed breakfast or a cup of coffee in the morning! She was also very helpful in organising our Halong Bay tour through the hotel.

There was some fruit flies around the fruit at breakfast, a minor annoyance.

The staff we very friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to help us! The room was a good size and very nicely decorated. The bathroom was great. The location was perfect for going out and exploring!

Our “original” room is small. The toilet does not separate dry and wet, therefore our stuff would easily get wet while bathing.

The location is really good, near to Cafe Giang and some other spots. The breakfast was unexpectedly good, with quite a lot of choices and unlimited Pho! Great customer service! We booked 2 nights, yet in the 1st night the TV was not working. The hotel staff upgraded our room to compensate.

Bathroom needed a little updating.

Great central location so you are able to walk to most places, but quiet as it was off the busy roads. Very helpful staff who checked other bookings we’d made and made us a take away breakfast for a very early morning trip.

Breakfast was great. Also, when our hostess heard that we were leaving early the following morning before breakfast started, she made sure that they had a packed breakfast ready for us when we checked out.

Bathroom is small and you shower directly in there, no glass door or curtain so everything gets wet. It is little loud in the night. The equipment is little outdated but ok.

Very good location, very helpful staff and comfortable bed. Breakfast were simple but okay, pho,eggs, fruit and even some meat. The hotel staff was very helpful to check in us early and helping us booking trips to NinhBing and Halong bay.
