Personally, I am very satisfied to have short-term vacation at Valentino Homestay. They provide excellent service and very friendly. Every thing from the cleanliness of the hotel, the design, the decor is the first impression. Its really really wonderful place for me. I will definitely be back if I visit Vietnam in the near futher. Highly recommend to everyone.

For a homestay its quite big more like a hotel. But still nice!

Nice staff with excellent englisch skills. Very central but in a quit alley. Sleeped very well. Thick beds!

Few extra kitchen utensils needed to cater for Western cooking. Extension lead needed for various appliances as no plugs in kitchen area.

The rooms at the beginning and the end of the row will be more spacious than the rooms in the middle because there are direct windows in the room. Sometime the wifi connection was not really good

In the apartment type room we were missing a few minor things in the kitchen area but it didn't majorly effect us.

The staff here were so friendly and helpful, offering any advice on things to do in Hue and to help in any way. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice hot shower and in a great location about 5 minutes from walking street/ the busy bars and restaurants. We actually left some items in the lobby on day of checkout and they sent a message about this and offered to send it to our next hotel. Couldn't ask for better staff!

Noise does travel easily between rooms and the hallway, but still a quiet place compared to others.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room and good wifi. Rooms also have a desk and comfortable chair which was very nice for relaxing and if you need to do any work.

The room was big and nice. The bathroom was also good. The staff is super nice, they gave us good recommendations to eat. Location is perfect, we even extended our stay here.

The drainage hole in the bathroom is not very well designed, far from the shower area and located near the toilet, every time the whole room is flooded with water, because the toilet and sink are not separated, so the drainage making me feel uncomfortable because the bathroom is not dry, the floor is always wet and takes a long time to dry

There is scooters for rent ( brand new, quite good, compared with the transportation rental nearby) Ao Dai traditional dresses for rent, P/U and T/F airport transfer as well. Good price. Nice Hotel. Friendly staffs

The room was exactly as shown on the internet. A good size, very clean, nice windows that opened, good bathroom. Air-con was very good and modern, as well as a fridge and fan. The internet was fine and the staff were superb, helping me to find interesting places to visit and making me feel comfortable. The hotel is in a great location on a smal quiet street and only a few minutes walk to the tourist district. Plenty of good food very close by. Thanks Miss Thao and Miss Hao.

The apartment was dirty, the sink was leaking like crazy. The quality of the place was different from what was shown on the pictures.

The room is not really spacious. The hot water stopped working on our 2nd day, it was in the middle of the night so we didnt want to bother them.

The staff was quite helpful and spoke English very well, especially the young man with earrings. The room was not really spacious but clean and nice enough for our casual trip.
