Nothing, everything as expected

Very convenient place to stay if you have a long lay over or an early flight like I did. The beds are comfy, the staff showed us to our pod and provided bottles of cold water and some chocolate upon arrival. Easy check in The pods have plenty of plug sockets and lights and a TV. It's surprising quiet from the hustle and bustle of the airport. The toilets are just around the corner and because it's at one end of the airport they aren't really sued by many people other than those staying in the pods.

The lovely lady at the front desk gave me an internal room despite having booked a single pod which apparently are on the outside as the outside pods are a little noisy. It was still a little noisy - mostly due to other travellers causing some unecessary noise.

Very comfortable stay for the few hours needed for a long transit time. Didn’t need to go and find a local hotel and got a good amount of rest. The pod was well equipped and had free water.

There is no shower and the rest rooms are a short walk down the hallway in the airport. This was not a huge deal, but would have been nice to have a restroom facility inside the pod area. The walls are thin, so you can sometime hear wall bumps from the other guests, and any talking from people walking down the hallway in the airport. But this also wasn't a big deal for me.

The bed was very comfortable, and the TV was a nice plus. Environment is easily controllable with the Air Conditioning in each room. Plus, there was a fan, which was nice and offered a little white noise to help me sleep. Also they left snacks and water for the stay.

It was a bit noisy as I think the walls were thin. Other than that all good. No other complaints.

Great location if you have a really early flight. Staff were really helpful and gave us hot water when we asked. Beds were comfortable and great for a tall person!

We had a rest here due to a long layover before our flight to Hanoi and then Sydney. It’s small but worth it and good value for money. Very clean and comfortable. Good wifi. The best thing about this property is the restaurant next door. The delicious smell actually woke me from my sleep! The airline staff and crew eat there. Incredible prices given it is a restaurant at an airport. My daughter and I at a Banh mi each, a Pho, each, and then ordered mango smoothies. We paid $8 Aussie. Then, the friendly staff helped me change my SIM card.

My brother and I arrived very late and were supposed to take our next flight at 6 in the morning. We falsely booked a sleeppod in the wrong location (terminal 2). Despite our mistake with the booking, the receptionist was very friendly and enthusiastic about finding a solution that is convenient for us. Instead of sending us to the planned sleeppod that was 2 km away, she managed to organise a stay close to our connecting flight. Thanks to Ms Thu (and the housekeeping lady) for the excellent service. She was very patient, professional and kind even at this very late hour! :)

Whilst the area the pods are located is quiet, it is still quite noisy if people happen to be chatting or congregating nearby.

Really convenient location within the airport. We stayed as we had a long layover. The pod was a great option for a comfortable rest between flights. Staff were very helpful and the pods were clean and comfortable. There were also food options nearby.

It was a little bit hard to find. There are no showers only a loo across the corridor.

I had a very early start on the following morning so being in the airport gave me a little bit more time in bed. Also no need for taxi to or from hotel.

As indicated in the hotel description, they do not have bathroom. So it’s not possible to shower. Bring your wet tissue. In the room they provide two wet tissues too.

Clean and just right at the airport. The reception staff THU is friendly and helpful. We didn’t bring our physical credit card and we don’t have cash. She tried every possible way to help us make the payment. Finally we used PayPal. Thanks Thu for your help! Much appreciated! (They do not support apple pay so make sure you bring the physical card.)

Insulation between the pods is not very good so if people coming into another pod near you are loud you will hear it.

Excellent location in the international terminal, though you do have to go through immigration so need a visa. SleepPod itself is very well appointed and clean, and the bed is comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful
