You go into knowing there is no shower and toilet and yes there is a little bit of noise but mainly from others snoring. it was better then some Hanoi hotels for noise and overall it surpassed my expectations. The reception people were the nicest and so happy to talk

Clean and comfy. Perfect place to stay for an early flight. I like that the room is so clean, and they provide basic necessities just like in any hotel. Would stay here again if I happen to visit Hanoi. I highly recommend VATC Sleep Pod!

Had an early flight out of Terminal 2 Hanoi, so this was the perfect location. There are toilets just across the way from the pods, but no showers - not an issue for me as I was showering in the lounge after security. The bed was comfy, it was air conditioned and I slept really well.

IndiaThe pods should have an hourly based system for rent as well. Would make it a lot more useful. The directions to the pods are lacking. There are no signs at all.
The pods are well kept and clean. Perfect for when you have a long layover or when you have late/early flights. We managed to get a great night's sleep and woke up all refreshed. The staff on duty Ms Chen was very friendly and helpful. The restroom is right around the corner in front of the pods. How to find the pods. In T2, you get past immigration then take your bags from the lower floor and cross customs. You go back up to 2nd floor and follow signs for luggage hold. The pods are opposite to that.
