The bathroom had an awful smell the entire stay which was off putting Construction work starts very early every morning and since we were on the 2nd floor this got irritating

The cardholder in our room to unlock the electricity didn't work properly. Breakfast was okay but not great. We came early but a lot of options were already gone and it took a long time to refill them.

I didn't like the way housekeeping was done. The beds were never truly made beyond day one. I had to tell front desk that the bathroom sink needs cleaning because housekeeping wasn't doing it. Also, the mattress in the first room made me suspicious of a bug problem because of stains, etc., so I asked to have my room switch. P.S.: The pool does not overlook the beach as the pictures suggest.

The front desk staff and the location were lovely. The breakfast at the restaurant was pretty good.

Need to improve the cleanliness The air conditioner is not working and auto shut off when going out. It is old and has problem as well (water drops fall) The bed is not so comfortable. Booked double room but 2 beds are combined not so well so mattess often slip away off the bed

Maybe it's just that there were too many uncultured guests from Russia around and they often got angry and made noise among themselves, loudly gossiped and insulted other guests, apparently thinking that no one understood their language, it was really uncomfortable to be around them.

Clean, tidy, with a good view from the window, there is a swimming pool at the top, small but quite good to refresh yourself without leaving the hotel. A motorcycle can be stored in the basement for free.

The breakfast ends at 9AM. Cleaning room starts also too early. We got righ for cleaning sometimes at 9:30 AM. Pool on top is not maintained well, almost like an abandone pool.

Location is top. Right next to 2nd May Square. View to the beach, surround with restaurants, supermarks, night market. Room cleaning and towels change everyday The bed is super comfortable. We slept like a baby every night.

The breakfast was not vegetarian friendly at all. Almost everything contains meat. Even my non-vegetarian sister had a hard time with the food. No shower available after check out. They call you before check out time to remind you of it; for us it gave us the feeling they wanted us gone asap, please don’t rush people.

Located in a small but lively street. Highly recommend eating at the Vietnamese restaurant a bit further down the road. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The room was not cleaned well. Toilet bowl and the bath tub had some weird black dust inside when I first walked in. The bath tub also doesn’t have a curtain, so once you take the shower the whole bathroom floor is wet.

The staff is so friendly, great location, right next to the night market and main beach front.

(-) The air conditioning and hot water system in the room need improvement. (-) The corridors are quite narrow and the doors are not soundproof, leading to noise from the housekeeping staff's collisions, making you feel somewhat uncomfortable.

(+) Excellent location is a major plus point of the hotel, you only need 4-5 minutes to walk to the central square. Besides, there are dozens of restaurants, convenience stores, laundry services, spa & massage... right in front of the hotel's main entrance. (+) Despite not being a hotel belonging to renowned hotel chains or management companies, the hotel staff (receptionists, housekeeping staff, breakfast servers & security guard cum technician) all provide good and professional support. (+) Breakfast is served well in a formal way and quite delicious on the high floor, allowing you to enjoy breakfast while admiring the sea view. (+) The room, although not too spacious, still meets all basic amenities. (+) The small and lovely rooftop pool is also a commendable plus point.
