No shower curtain in bathroom so our bathroom floor was very wet after showers. More bath towels needed or just a shower curtain!

The location was very close to the beach. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was a little smaller than expected. The building didn't look as bright as the photos, could do with a fresh paint indoors & windows cleaned. Otherwise it is a nice hotel. Great value for money! Swimming pool is lovely, used it in the evening, oon the small side & should be at the front of the building where the small gym is.

Great location. Receptionist lady was exceptional, perfect English, super friendly, forthcoming and helpful. She made a positive difference to our stay. Afternoon guy had limited English and hence tried with other means to help as much as possible.

-The pool is small and not clean so I didn’t swim -The gym is not a gym just 2 machines. I booked for one week was expected swim here and enjoy the gym room but nothing has happened. -This hotel is old not like the photos on website I suggest the owner should do some work on it just some simple work like painting the wall and the desk. -The room is not clean when I checked in it was very dusty and the bathroom also not clean! They have cleaning service everyday but they never clean the toilet 🚽 and they didn’t made the bed properly.

-All the staffs are friendly and helpful the young lady staff helped me booked a bus ticket and the other lady staff speaks very good English and professional.She is professional as 5-star hotel receptionist and her English is better than them! -The breakfast is good everyday. You can order pho as well. -The location is nearby the beach and lots of restaurants cafes nearby.

The breakfast was passable but wasn't something great. It just needs to be improved. The ice bucket needs to be insulated at the ice doesn't melt to quickly. We were there for 5 days but never where given the option of omelettes. On our last day we saw someone else get them. That's not good. The ribs seem like they are meant to be Chinese style but they need more flavours. I've the was crumbed fish but it ran out and wasn't refilled. The crusty bread was always dry so we didn't eat that after day 1. The fried eggs were great. The fried rice was very bland but that seems to be the standard in Vietnam so I guess we didn't argue that item. The coffee was good the tea was good. There was only the option for sweet condensed milk but it would be nice to have some full cream milk for the tea. ( UHT milk would be fine). Like I said the basis is there it just needs to be refined and you would have a winning breakfast. The room breakfast is held in needs much better airconditioning. It was very hot and uncomfortable unless you say I've one if the fans. The only other problem we had was the pool decking is unstable. We saw some nearly hurt themselves when the planks moved unexpectedly. This just needs some maintenance for safety. There is a bit if with going on in the stairwell but it never worried us. It would only be 30 minutes if noise per day. That's ok. It will be fixed soon.

The girl running the reception was a star. How understanding of the English language is amazing but she was also very helpful. She pointed us in the right direction for a place to eat. She organised it train ticket booking. She made everything perfect. You are lucky to have her. The room was cleaned perfectly every day. They always have us a smile as we walked past. It was nice to see the staff happy. The bed was by far the most comfortable bed we have slept in in Vietnam. The location down the side alley was a plus point for us. It gave us access to some of the cheaper eating options and very well priced beer. It was only 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to many other food options. Do yourself a favour and google " German restaurant near me". Haus Bremen, That too is only a 10 minute walk and has great food, beer and a couple of tasty well priced cocktails. It was one of the standout meals we had while in Nha Trang. Overall this hotel on a world standard would be rated as 3 star but it's a very good 3 star. The pool was lovely but best enjoyed after midday so you can swim in the shade. It rarely had many other people using it works we were there. The shower was good too. We lived the big shower head. Air conditioning worked fantastic. Just push the on/ off button twice quickly to turn it on.

The pool area and upstairs bar were a bit deserted/unloved, but so near the beach that it didn’t matter.

The room was very modern and quite spacious, there was a bit of a nice view through the angled windows. The bathroom was clean and the shower was fantastic. The electronic do not disturb notice outside the room was a cool touch too. For what we paid it was amazing.

The biggest problem was that the wifi was not very strong or reliable, but this could have been due to the location of our room. The wifi was more consistent in other areas. Minor odour issues from the washroom, but not a big deal for us personally.

The location was great, tucked away at the end of an alley, fairly quiet despite it's central location near the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall a great choice for a budget traveler.

Staff does not speak english, they did speak Russian to us a few times, which we are not.. But that is the only thing.

Location is great. we got a room with partial sea-view, we had windows everywhere and could see the sunset, which was nice. The rest was just regular.
