All the staffs were superb. We met this amazing guy Duong, who was so genuine and friendly, assisted in everything we needed. We all love him very much. Location is very comfortable and easy to access the main areas of the town. Highly recommend!

Everything was extremely comfortable and very convenient.With only few mins walking distance to the old town center & I loved the energy around this place. Kudos to the amazing hospitality culture from security & receptionists team.Thank you so much Mr Duong and everybody, you all have been amazingly helpful. A little noisy from the street, bathroom was very dark, and the air-conditioning was a bit too strong but everything else was just perfect.

Good location and friendly staff, especially Kevin is so nice and helpful! We were very well taken care of and he gave us good advice on everything and helped us arrange the transport. Nicely shaded swimming pool. We booked 2 nights and ended up staying 4.

I loved the staff. Very sweet, helpful and kind people. Especially Kevin were very friendly to us. I liked the rooms, the breakfast (especially the pancakes), the pool area and the location of the hotel. We booked 7 nights but stayed 9 nights!

I love staying here, Kevin, My and Lynd make me feel so welcome and are so helpful with everything it really is the best staff in town. The pool is beautiful and the location is a short stroll to all the best parts of old town. Highly recommend

Very nice hotel, especially for the price. Nice room and bathroom, with a good shower. The staff were excellent. Our bus arrived very early in the morning and they are arranged for us to check in early at no extra charge, as well as giving us a small room upgrade. They also gave us lots of good recommendations for food/tailor/etc and was just generally very friendly and helpful. The other front of house staff member Kevin was also very friendly and helpful. Free bikes were available to visit the beaches etc.

The staff were exceptional, Kevin so helpful and genuinely friendly. The room was clean and bed very comfy. The location of the hotel was not too far from town. It was a 10-15 minutes walk or you could use a free bicycle available in front of the hotel. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, in great location. Quite a traditional feel. Immaculately clean throughout, including a crystal clear swimming pool. Staff Kevin and Lind are extremely pleasant also maintance man who has been very helpful.Excellent choice would definitely recommend.

The pool very nice and clean. The staff amazing especially Kevin so helpful, very kind, smiley, and cared to help us. The position is good enough to get to the old town on foot. Great value for money, I would highly recommend.

Our only suggestion will be to play nice relaxing music in the spa room. It will make a good atmosphere.

The hotel is lovely, very nice pool and good location. The staff so friendly and helful. Kevin make you feel at home helping you with everything possible. They gave us a very warm welcome wanting to know what were our plans in Hoi An to help us achieve seeing everything and giving us tips. Couldn’t recommend it anymore !

Everything was perfect from start to finish!! The staff were so welcoming on arrival and couldn’t do enough for you. Kevin greeted us by name everyday which was a lovely touch and he made our stay so enjoyable. Room was cleaned every day, and the pool was also great. Highly highly recommend staying here!

It was all in all a great experience and one of the better if not the best stay on our trip so far. The rooms are clean and spacious and the pool is nice and refreshing. You can walk to the old town which you will reach in about 10min by foot or even faster with the bicycles which are provided for free. Kevin and My were too kind, they organized motorbike rental for us and our onward bus Ticket as well. Furthermore, the recommended restaurants which were really good, a tailor which did great and very fast work and even gave us some tips on how to be safe in the town and also how not to get scammed in Hoi An. Would totally come back.
