Location is great, nice pool. The staff people were exceptional, the ambience was really nice. Kevin super friendly and cannot do enough to make sure you have a good stay.

Only fault was that the food menu didn’t have many options.

Lovely boutique style hotel with a great vibe close to ancient town. Ms My and her husband Kevin were a very gracious host-couple and gave us an introduction to avoid getting scammed by the lantern boats. There were free bikes to use and scooters for rent (very cheap - If you dare challenge your Vietnamese driving skills) 🤣 The pool was awesome to cool down after a long day walking around.

We had an amazing stay at Nostalgia Hotel in Hoi An. The staff - Kevin, My were so friendly. Kevin did all our tour bookings, he had excellent advice for the best tours and things to do. He booked our taxis, cooking classes, boat rides and even the Memories show and sent me the tickets straight to my phone. They checked us in and gave us lots of helpful advice and Recommendations of things to do and places to eat. We did everything on the list. They was always friendly and helpful and helped with keeping our luggage before we checked out. The hotel was very quiet ,clean and comfortable with a very relaxing pool and comfortable beds. We stayed here on our daughter’s recommendation from Her stay last year and we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends, especially because of the helpful staff here. Thanks Kevin for making our stay in Hoi A very special.

Our room did go onto the main road and it was very noisy however My did ask if we wanted to move but when I looked at the other room it was not as nice as the room on the front, so hard to complain here. It was also incredibly light, more curtains would be ideal as we were awake as soon as the sun rose!!

Staff (especially Kevin & My) were exceptional and went above & beyond to help (organising tours, giving us a great tailor recommendation & restaurant recommendations). They also organised our taxis which was helpful and at a good price. Hotel has a nice pool & our room & bathroom was modern. Definitely value for money! Bicycles were also free which was great.

The hotel was one of those places you go and you feel at home. Kevin was absolutly lovely, always helping, recommending and just having good conversations with! You get towels for the swimming pool, free bicycles.

Friendly staff, they help you out with booking transport, tours,scooters,… and make your stay very comfortable. Walking distance to city centre, nice swimming pool, spacious room with kingsize bed.

Friendly, caring staff, Kevin were extremely nice and helpful. Great pool. Laundry service well priced. Loan bikes. Hire scooter. Airport transfers. Felt like coming home.

Everything was perfect. Kevin and My were extremely nice and helpful, the breakfast was warm with a lot of options and the location was perfect, a short walk to the center and an even shorter bicycle ride. They also gave us free bicycles that were great and very useful for exploring the area around the city. If you are looking for a calm and peaceful oasis near the center this is definitely a must for you!

Nothing, it was perfect!

The best place we have stayed on our 2 month trip so far! Room, pool and facilities were all excellent and to top it off the staff were amazing and went over and above for us. My and Linda especially made our stay perfect, we have never had the staff so great at a hotel before. The room was so clean and we miss the pool already!

Although the room was a little noisy and the hotel is on a busy road; I didn't mind the noises so much.

Staff were amazing here and extremely kind and helpful without being pushy. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat. A small walk into the heart of the old town. You could take free bicycles into town and to the beach. We had. great stay and would stay again.

That we couldn’t stay even longer!!

- incredible staff. Honestly Kevin and My were second to none. Most professional people we’ve encountered and we’ve been travelling south east Asia for 2 months now - Night Porter was very welcoming. Stored our luggage. Explained reception situation. Brought us two salted coffees upon arrival. - early check in: we came direct from our night bus and were delighted that our room was available for check in at 7am!! - Room was beautiful. Excellent newly renovated bathroom. Strong shower. Huge bed. Great flatscreen tv and ample storage. - nice pool and sun bathing area outside. - Entire property was spotless! - Provided complimentary bikes

Rooms were lovely and spacious,so clean and very comfortable. The pool was amazing and has loads of Sunloungers around it. The staff were amazing ,so so helpful and friendly,have us all the best recommendations and went above and beyond to make sure the staff was amazing! Kevin were the absolute best!!!!
