Bath could have been cleaner, hot water started to run out at end of second persons shower. But both minor compared to the major positives.

High end accommodation with amazing interior design, attention to detail and comfort. It's like a sanctuary inside as most rooms face internally. Unbelievable value for money at 800000 dong/night.

The place is amazing, exactly like in the pictures. The reception is very helpful. The location is also fine, lot of restaurants and cafe's around. Hotel comes with a temperature controlled pool and jacuzzi which is perfect to relax. Rooms are huge, very clean bathrooms. Basic kitchen is also available. One of the best botique hotels i have stayed in recent times.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and I loved looking out onto the Koi Pond. The only thing worth checking before you stay is whether the location suits what you plan to do in Da Nang. The city was quite spread out and some places about 6km walk from hotel.

They allow people to smoke on the balcony. Smoking shouldn’t be allowed. We got to the first room, which was filled with the cigarettes smell left by previous guests. The pillows given were pretty soft.

Excellent location, spacious room and pretty balcony. The aesthetics of the room are on point and it was such a great deal! Right next to the beach so you can walk everyday, and surrounded by great food and coffee shops. Super quiet and amazing beds and bathroom, with fully equipped kitchen. They even gave us free water bottles which was really kind. We loved the room and would totally recommend it for longer stays as well.

unfortunately due to language barrier, we didn't fully understand why some of the breakfast items weren't available, but whatever was available (hot noodles, amazingly sweet passionfruit and watermelon and fresh juices) was more than sufficient.

it was really clean and comfortable with friendly and competent wait staff. in-room smart tv exceeded all expectations; being able to personalise content (netflix, youtube, spotify, prime) with a great sound system adequate for the room is a true luxury for a budget friendly accommodation. they were also generous with pillows- 2 per guest on a super comfortable bed with great support. water pressure and temperature were great, and i enjoyed having the option to open the windows in the separate toilet and shower for natural ventilation. wifi worked fine for video calls. i loved its location- within walking distance, i can get to m'healthy spa, really affordable laundry service, local snacks like banana and sweet potato fritters, wheatgrass juice, bahn mi options, various cafes, and, last but def not least, le comptoir for their amazing selection of wines!!

There really is nothing I do not like.

Amazing architecture. A lot of the hotels in Danang can be a bit generic but this is very unique and really quite beautiful. The staff are super friendly, the breakfast is great, rooms are a decent size with some great views over the pool area. The pool is perfect. Big enough to swim with tonnes of plants and natural light pouring in from above. It really is one of the nicest pool areas I have experienced. I would definitely recommend a stay here. You won’t be disappointed!

Hands down the most wonderful boutique hotel ever. The hotel staff were so sensitive to our needs and it was actually really sad saying farewell. The place is beautiful and the location is great for walking to the beach (~5mins) - would definitely come back again. Thanks for the lovely time :)

Breakfast only upon advance request which was not known to us ahead of time. Staff speak limited English but were helpful. The street was under construction at the entrance to the hotel with a new drainage system being installed, which was almost complete. Cars were not able to reach the hotel without going around the block which was not evident. Hard to find but in the end, a good location. Lots of stairs and levels to negotiate with luggage.

A beautiful facility, great architecture, new design and concepts with large well laid-out room and other parts of the hotel were also appealing and highly satisfying. Felt like a calm and relaxing space with large Koi pond indoors and beautiful large pool facility. We loved the room. Near the beach and walking distance to restaurants.

There's one girl who is always on her phone chatting, texting and not attending to guest needs. She isn't mean, just careless.

Incredible hotel with mostly great staff. I loved the room, the fish and sauna. Pool should be heated as advertised because it's cold.
