None, it’s beautiful clean and well kept property and the room is reasonably big with daily room services.The price is unbelievable good value.

The owner Mr Hien is super friendly, amazing,welcoming and helpful in arranging any transportation possible, it made our trip enjoyable. The hotel is centrally located within the city within tourist attractions.Highly recommended to any travellers and made ourselves felt at home .A big thanks to the owner for the personal attention.

Would have been extra nice to have drinking water available (instead of bottled water for a fee). Also was quite noisy until about 1am on a couple of nights due to dogs barking very loudly - probably louder for us due to the room we were in were all windows, so sound insulation maybe not as good as other rooms. Some ants in the room but nothing to worry about.

The people are very kind and accommodating! Very nice. We arrived early in the morning (6am) and were able to check in to another room for a small fee so we could sleep. All very kind. Our room was on the four to floor and was surrounded by windows, giving amazing views of beautiful Da Lat! The fan was able to keep it cool enough. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Fresh towels and bed made everyday! Water pressure good. Hosts do not speak much English but was not a problem thanks to Google translate, they were very nice.

Only thing I wished they had was a screen door for balcony, it was so nice having the breeze cool our room but damn mosquitos got us good one night when we left the door open.

Huge spacious room, clean, doesn’t have an ac but the fan was more than enough to keep us cool. Scooter rental on site and the owners are super sweet! Perfect 5 night stay in Da Lat.

Lovely hosts (use google translate) and clean and spacious room. Nice balcony as well. Unfortunately didn’t see much of Da Lat as I was ill, but hosts were very nice and provided me with bottled water and coconuts free of charge. They also got us a cheap taxi to the airport.

Very cute location, quiet and pleasant, close enough to the Night Market. Decent room size, very good daily cleaning, crispy clean towels, and the most comfortable bed I’ve had in Vietnam so far, I don’t know what’s special about their mattresses, but I haven’t slept this well since my twenties. The owner is friendly and accommodating. I had a room with 270 degrees city view, which was a nice way to start the day every morning.

Everything was fabulous, the room was spotlessly clean and exactly as the photos described. The bed was really comfortable, beautiful balcony, big flat screen TV. The owner/manager was really great, helpful kind and funny. He rented us a motorbike which was like new and a good price. Did our laundry too for a good price. Thanks so much

The laundry service was very fast. Nevertheless, the quality was not satisfying, and in addition there were additional stains (stains similar to water stains) on nearly every piece of clothes. I assume this was just overseen. All the other aspects of the stay (two nights) were great - thus 10 points.

Nothing other than a smallish thing: the water in the shower took quite a while to heat up but once it did it was ok. This may have been not common, everything else was great and I recommend staying here at the Ves Pa Hotel

Excellent hotel. Room is spacious, spotless clean. Very worthwhile stay and the owner always greeted with warm smile. No language barrier though we could not speak each other's language. Location is tucked away from busy street, yet very convenient to city by foot.

There wasnt anything we didnt like.....it was all good, cant fault the location, value for money or Hien and his staff.

After endleas hours looking onlne for somewhere to stay in Da Lat, we (a family of 4) decided to stay at Ves Pa Luxury Hotel and we are so glad we did. Hien and his lovely wife couldnt have done enough for us. From eating jackfruot seeds, hot sweet potatoes and drinling fresh coconut juice to helping us sort a local driver for the day we felt more like part of their famoly than tourists. The location is just of rhe main street but still close enough to walk to everything and nice and quiet at night. A small shop next dooe sold everything we needed and the locals were always happy to assist us anyway they could.....We arrived not knowing Hien and his wife but left as great friends. Already planning a tr ip to stay here again next year.

The room is a bit smaller than expected, albeit cozy, and well ventilated... There is a lift but only upto 3rd floor, our room was on the 4th floor

The hotel owner is very welcoming and friendly. He has motorbikes for rent onsite, and help us to get great deal on car and driver hire for a whole day tour...
