Cleanliness especially the dust on the stair ventilation shaft. The condition the dining room was left in detracted from the food and view. The availability of crockery and glassware. Eg no bowls or cups underneath the cereal counter. The panoramic views in the dining room are not highlighted, especially as the dragon bridge is blocked by the cereal counter

The room what I have is just perfect for me , comfortable big enough bathroom is nice and clean always give fresh towel and bed sheet all the time !✌️ The breakfast is good good selection with fresh egg omlett pastas soup so nice

Construction going on right outside the hotel on the path but I don’t suppose it will be there long.

Netflix on TV. Great value for money. Clean hotel and room. Good restaurants near by and close enough to the beach. Reception helped us book our trip to the golden bridge was a highlight of our stay.

The pool didn’t seem very clean, I stayed away. The breakfast wasn’t great, but cannot complain too much because it was included in the price. Also, the hotel was empty from what I noticed.

The pool water didn't look clean on the first day but they fixed it and then it looked fine. However, not much space to sit or lie down at the pool area.

Great view, good breakfast and surprisingly a lot of vegetarian options (contrary to what a previous review said). The room was very big and modern. I really enjoyed staying there and the value for money was outstanding.

The pool is just a pool between walls, no space whatsoever to hang out there and it could be cleaner. Some stuff at breakfast ran out & there wasn’t anymore of that; this was by 09h even though breakfast was on until 09:30h.

Bao was a super star, he helped me so much & was so efficient!! Loved the hotel, liked how Bao they dealt with a situation that happened the first night, it was very comforting. The rooms are lovely and spacious with rather new furniture. TVs have a big variety of apps. Sheets are soft and pillows are huge! Beds are comfy too. Breakfast is really varied & one day they played soft classical music in the background, which was absolutely lovely. Beautiful views od the Dragon Bridge from the breakfast dining room, and depending on the room you also get gorgeous views of the mountains.

There is no shelf in the shower, which can be inconvenient for those who bring their own shampoos and gels - there is nowhere to put them. The drain in the shower room does not work very well; not so good drain system. There is no socket for a kettle next to the table - you need to put the kettle on the bedside table or on the floor under the table. Can be noisy from nearby karaoke (but not always). Very poor breakfast, small variety of fruits.

Location is not so bad, close to a big supermarket, several restaurants, a good massage parlor is nearby. Quite friendly staff. Good cleaning every day. Normal internet. Transfers can be provided upon request.

The location was further out of the main town than we’d realised but Grab taxis are super cheap.

Very comfortable and clean. We had a junior suite that was a good size with plenty of storage. Breakfast had plenty of options. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

We wish the room has more windows.

The location was great, right in the center of Hanoi. The room was tiny but clean with all facilities. The breakfast options were good. The staff were friendly and nice. We complained regarding the pipe issues, the manager immediately changed our room. The Manager helped us to get our laundry done in speedy way. When we checked out, we have been given the coffee filter as thank you, very nice gesture:))

We booked three nights. The last night we were switched from our deluxe double room with king size bed due to some error in the electricity. The second room was not so nice, the bed seemed shorter as well which was not ideal since my boyfriend is tall. Breakfast was ok, but not great.

The room was very nice, soft bed and awesome pillows. Shower was a rainshower. Worked like a charm which is not always the case due to water pressure. But in this hotel it was amazing.

Whats not to like.

I booked into Vi An hotel for 1 week and ended up staying for over a Month. The Room was a great size and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping were in everyday to turnover my room and leave more Tea , Coffee , Water and fresh Towels. The Swimming pool , though quite shallow , was very good and the Gym was clean and enough for my needs. The Buffet breakfast was Very , Very good. All of the staff were very polite and helpful. If you need laundry done just hand it in to reception and it will be ready for you the next day and is very reasonably priced. Location is great , only 5 minutes walk to the beach and plenty of shops , restaurants and cafes within 2 minutes walk. I will happily stay here again on my next visit to Da Nang

This hotel was great and super comfy. The breakfast changed every day which was nice to have. Room was very spacious. We liked the location because it was in a quieter part but close to the beach! We were getting a night train on the day we checked out and we came back at 8pm and showered by the pool. Very helpful and accommodating!!
