We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Had a nice big room for one which had 3 double beds ,I didn't say no! Bedding was nice and had a good sleep. Victor was lovely and so helpful. Value for money and location was peaceful.Cheapest price for boat trip and bus ticket from Hanoi.

United KingdomSo the water was not always hot in the evenings. Also the walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbours.
The total highlight of this place are the staff. They go over and above - even contacted us after our stay as they heard my partner was sick to make sure we were ok. We rented a bike from them, a good laundry service and they had lots of helpful tips. Also for the price....and with banh mi breakfast it is incredible value

MaltaThe fridge was full with water, I didn't even use it because of this. The room did not have a kettle. When I asked for one, he said he will bring me one and he never did. Mentioned that they removed the kettle as they had an over usage of electricity in the room with a kettle once. He offered me to go to the 2nd floor for me to do it myself when I did, and I gone back up, I had to message my partner to buzz me up with the elevator cause on the second floor there wasn't a button on the outside of the elevator 😂😂 sometimes hot water was an issue, we thought as we could hear the neighbours showering that they were consuming the hot water before us as they were 4 people.
Bed was comfortable, but we had 2 for some reason.

GermanyThe host was super awesome! His Name is Adam/Vounh(?) and he was just the cutest. Helps with everything you need. Tours, booking busses, answering every single question you could possibly have. It was nice to have a little chat with him. The rooms are spacious and overall clean. You can walk down to the ocean and there are a lot of restaurants, mini markets etc around. Also there is an ATM close by, if you cant find it just ask Adam. They have a laundry service aswell and the lobby smells like fresh laundry everyday. Didn’t do ours tho, so I can’t say anything about it.

PolandBathroom looks to be a bit improvised, not very well done, although private bathroom is still appreciated in as hostel. Also water pressure was not high and ventilation (not AC, we didn’t check that) didn’t work. We could use a quilt, there was only bed cover which didn’t seem to be washed every time so we had to sleep under bed sheet from the second bed.
First and foremost, lad at the reception, very helpful and speaks English very well, which is quite unusual. Breakfast included, nothing big but something to start the day with. Stay allows to pick up new towels and toilet paper, when needed, which was also not very common at hostels. Hair dryer and fridge present in the room.
