This hotel is great! The staff is super friendly and they helped us organising some tours around the city and to go to our next destination. Moreover, the spa was perfect. My bf and I had a hot stones massage and it was fantastic!

The family staff was so helpful and nice. Jerry was such a lovely boy, he will try to learn some words in your langage before you come and is always happy to give a hand. And her sister, very friendly too helped us to call the hospital in Hanoi. Their mum is also always smilly and here to help too. We had a great time in this well located hotel, in a small street apart from the noise and the rooms have big windows. Nice walk to the citadel along the river, in peaceful parks.

This place was awesome. Anni was a total sweetheart and helped us so much. We were on a long overdue honeymoon and they took care of us with rose petals. We so enjoyed this property, and would highly recommend it.

When we arrived they said they didn’t have the room we had booked. They had quite clearly given it away to someone who checked in sooner. They couldn’t upgrade us as they said they had no studios left and ended up checking us into a twin room instead. They showed us to the room and told us that if we wanted a shower we literally had to turn the hot water on with from the mains and wait half an hour for it to get hot if we wanted a shower or bath. There was no plug in the bath so we couldn’t use that anyway. There was literally a boiler in the bathroom with some dodgy wiring going on. The room door was dodgy, the plugs were dodgy and overall it wasn’t very clean, we found hairs that were definitely not ours in our bed.

You get what you pay for, it’s dated and the rooms are cheap. You have to leave your key at reception when you leave (meaning devices don’t stay on charge and the room doesn’t stay cool) there’s no minibar, brekkie isn’t good and you definitely want a pool with this heat. The team are WONDERFUL but I wouldn’t stay here if you’re looking to relax and wind down.

Location is great and front desk are super helpful for booking tours and transport! 200,000VND to check in at 8am was fantastic after a sleeper bus!

TV was not working which did not bother us with such a comfortable place to read and chat. The toilet seat and flush handle needed to be a learning experience to work correctly, but we are smart and figured it out by the second day. WiFi was cut off sometime which was not a problem for us as we have bought vnsky SIM card.

We stayed here 4 nights. We were amazed at the size of the room, especially considering the lowprice. In fact we would describe it as a "suite" with a separate couch and chair area as a different room from the bedroom.  Staff were very kind, fluent in English and both ladies helped us a lot with our enquiries about the area. Rental motorcycle was arranged by the hotel and was in good condition. "No deposit needed as you have paid for your room already." We booked there 4 nights and extended 2 more nights. Breakfast was simple well prepared, quite tasty and over the days we were offered different choices.

The staff are amazing and helpful. It's down by the river so away from the vinahouse of the main tourist area.

the room isnt clean enough especially the floor. we stayed for 6 nights but it seemed like they didnt change the bedsheet, only blanket and pillows. i felt like there were some bed bugs or insects bited me. the water pressure of the shower is weak, even they changed the shower once. same for wifi, sometimes it worked well sometimes it didnt. but overall with the price and location i think it’s ok.

the male receptionist is friendly and helpful. they also offer small breakfast (not a buffet) but it’s ok, enough if u just wanna fulfill ur empty stomach in the morning.

It was difficult to find the hotel due to it being in the alley.

The rooms were spacious and very European in style. The shower was especially nice since there was a bathtub. It was so refreshing to enjoy. Location wise it was very close to walking street as well!
