We booked it because somewhere was written it has a spa/sauna, thats's not true.

Staff could have been friendlier - no smiles. A liitle far from the main city area and not many places to eat in the vicinity.

Room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was good with an individual shower recess. WiFi worked well.

Breakfast was typical Vietnamese style. Soup and all types of fruits and vegetables. Room was nice and clean. Only one window could not been closed tightly.

there was no minibar in our room the hotel is near the airport, i could have heard the sound of the airplane turbines in the middle of the night. its keeps waking me up several times. There were little of food at the buffet in the morning.

Definitely NOT 4 stars hotel, pictures on your website is out of date and misleading! Hot water ran out in the evening. Not clean, big gaps on the room door frame , cigarette smells come in the room.

I don’t know how this hotel has been given a 4-star rating! Should have read more of the reviews before we booked. Rooms were unclean, bathroom was pretty awful, shower only had freezing cold water. There was a smell in the room which is hard to describe, probably caused by people smoking in the room previously. The whole hotel is dated and needs a proper renovation. Breakfast wasn’t great either. Side note to backpackers/travellers - do not go to Vinh, cannot emphasise this enough. It’s the Luton of Vietnam. There is nothing to do there and as a westerner you are treated pretty awfully by the locals. First time we had experienced this in the month we’ve been in Vietnam - shouting aggressively and swearing at us as we walked down the street minding our own business. We checked out early and left, don’t stay here!

Rooms were big. Staff were friendly, when we made our complaint they were helpful and understood. Gave us back our money for the night we checked out early.

Everything was so vilthy and old. Hairs in bed, lipstick on coffee cup, medicine pills on the floor. A lot of noise all night

The room was dirty, everything was stained, there were used toothpicks scattered around the room and big cockroaches. No soundproofing, and big groups everywhere. There was karaoke going all night and drunk teenagers running and screaming in the hallways. Staff were nowhere to be found and did nothing, we barely slept even after telling other guests to be quiet past 1am. Check in was a nightmare and we had to demand to pay for the room. Breakfast was cold, stale and low quality, the meat was pure fat. I don’t understand any positive reviews. Awful stay.

Faf from center of the city. Not many choice for food without a transportation means to go around. Sanitizing box at the bottom of the swimming pool. There's no air conditioner in the dining hall. Means of transportation from the hotel is very expensive.

There's a swimming pool to refresh in a hot weather. Buffet breakfast has some variety of tasty food. Wi-Fi is OK for regular use. Staff is courteous and helpful. Hotel beverage counter is delicious and cheap for a 3 star hotel. It's convenient to be close to the train station. Taxi can get to the front door of the hotel.

By no means is this a 4-star hotel. Building looked dilapidated (especially the upper floors with power cables lying around and open windows) and interior like something out of the 1980s Soviet era. Pool times were strange as the pool was closed between 9 am and 4 pm. Breakfast could have been better (e.g. not enough fresh fruits).
