You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

NetherlandsThe room was quite humid which led to our clothes to be dump quite often.
The bathroom was quite clean. The lady running the place was very nice and eager to help us. In terms of location the hotel was a bit outside the old town but a walkable distance and that actually helps with the city noise from the bars.

United KingdomThe bed was uncomfortable, mattress definitely needs replacing! The pool area was extremely disappointing and not at all what was advertised, very small area only accessible via high stepping stones and right in front ofa room balcony (need to be quite agile!!) old/broken/dirty furniture and the pool/water was dirty, we felt unclean after 10mins and we never used again, disappointing as we booked the hotel for the pool!
Extremely helpful and friendly host, nothing was too much trouble, even greeting us at 4.45am when we left for an early flight. Room was very basic but good value for money, great shower, always hot water. Basic clean each day, towels replaced and toilet roll/soaps replenished, bed made but no sheet changes during our 4 night stay. Location out of the main area but not too far to walk, the beach is lovely about 100k in a taxi, watch out for the very pushy hawkers selling jewellery!! We had laundry done at 40k per kg, was OK but not great.
