The shower would benefit from having shelves to put your body wash and shampoo, etc., and the wardrobe could have shelves to unpack your clothes, especially if you are staying for more than one night. Breakfast was good but rather limited. Though a great choice of Asian food.

A very central location, easy to get to the beach and all restaurants. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

The whole staff is very nice and does everything to resolve any problems. I had a problem with my credit card and couldn't call Int'l from the hotel. A person at the reception used his cellphone to call and help me resolve my problem. The room was clean and large. Breakfast was an issue if you don't eat meat. Once again, they resolved the issue by providing us with vegetarian food. The location is close to the beach and restaurants. I totally recommend this hotel.

Great reception area, clean decent size room and lots of variety for breakfast. Very accommodating before and after check in. Fantastic to be able to use 28th floor pool facilities to shower before we headed off late into the night.

This hotel is just amazing! The room is huge, it was cleaned every day. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also great, a big choice of everything, fresh fruits, meet, eggs, everything you want :)) Location is good as well, 5 mins from the beach

1) the toilet had a sewage smell that persisted throughout our 2 nights stay. 2) we were only given 1 toilet paper roll everyday, a minimum of 2 would be appreciated. 3) the mattress is smaller than the wooden bed board below, and i knocked my shin/knee into the board on the first day and caused some bruising 4) one of the pillow cases was dirty when we flipped it over, which we only realised after the first night of sleep. 5) there were no instructions on how to use the safe in the room. 6) there was no face tissue/box tissue in the room, and even when we requested for it, we were only given toilet paper.

The staffs are super friendly and helpful. I wanted to have early check in and late check out. Ofc I have to pay for it but they made me a discount and extra hours free of charge. Great location, the hotel is new so facilities are clean and nice. More than expectation with money that I paid for. Good value of money. Highly recommend.

The buffet was just average and was too crowded where we had trouble finding seats at first. There was no staff to assist us for seating as it was so busy.

Tv channles are not many to select from. Not clear how to use safty box so need written instruction. Shower space is very slippery and looks dangerous surrounded by the glasses and need hand rail to hold if possible.

Location and cost performance. Breakfast was many to choose and hall staffs are wosking hard to handle many guests.

Staff is very friendly however not very reactive. Eg they don’t pick up the reception phone quickly and a bit slow in general. Elevators are a bit of an issue as they break down often, they take forever to come and they are usually full on peak times eg breakfast times, so you need to wait for the next one which takes forever.

Great location and close to the beach and everything else in a walking distance. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious with nice balcony view. Breakfast offers lots of options. Reasonable prices.

Hmmmm maybe a small freshen up of each room would be great just to 'update' the look a bit more. Otherwise nothing to complain about really.

The location is perfect right in the middle of the main tourist area. Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, good food for breakfast there is something for everyone just don't be too picky. It's a large room and we were very comfortable everything worked well and although you can see some signs of aging in the room ( a bit of peeled back wall paper, small spots of old mold in the corner of the shower but that's about it. ) We will definitely be staying again in the future! Also this is a pretty honest review, we're usually pretty fussy and for Vietnam I couldn't have asked for more! In fact this is better than some of the Australian hotels/airBnB I've been in. And just remember that there is steep competition in Nha Trang so if something isn't right just ask them to fix it they'll usually get onto it to make sure you're happy😄

The cost-effectiveness is the best, so I don't have it. But to say one thing, there are a lot of Korean guests, but I wish there was at least one employee who was good at Korean.

Gym is not what is pictured. They’ve relocated the gym elsewhere and is smaller. The original gym location is now a bar.

Great location, staff and facilities. Do yourself a favour and get a room with a view. The mountain range is beautiful to wake up to. Good walking distance from main attractions. Great access to food if you’re looking for an easy walk to get a bite to eat.

Smoking in front of the building while the doors were open weren't great. I had to walk through that group of smokers to enter the building, and I could smell it while I was waiting for a lift. And there are many tourists bt group so public area such as lobby, lift, and restaurant were quite noisy.

Centre of the area, friendly staffs, great breakfast option, clean rooms. Perfect soundproofing. It was on the most busiest street but couldn't hear any street noise at all.
