The balcony is facing the street where there was a speaker very loud who woke up us every day at 6am Not sure what exactly it was.

Perfect location and massive spacious room with good air con and hot shower. Located just a short walk to the beach with restaurants, bars and shopping centres in the same area. Staff were helpful and friendly also. Would recommend and definately be back in the future

The kettle in the common kitchen didn't work

The room was very clean and spacious. The hostel street was very quiet, but there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The girl at reception didn't have great English, but she really tried and was able to answer all of our questions by using Google translate and calling her boss for him to explain about a bus.

NHA Vitamin Sea Hostel is a great place to sray in Nha Trang the people who work there are friendly and helpful They got me my bus ticket and a ride to the bus station Its about 10 minutes to the deach lots of places to eat near by I highly recommend it I will be back Thank you to the staff your your the best Bernie Field from Canada

I guess if we want to quibble it would be the lack of an elevator. But this is compensated by its relatively lower price.

Our very short foray to Nha Trang (rendered even shorter because of the delay in the flight getting in) was actually doable because of our propitious decision to stay here. The new luxury airport van (complete with a delightful massage chair and complimentary drinking water) dropped us right in front of the hotel to be welcomed by the attentive evening staff. He could not oblige us with a room on the 1st floor but willingly helped to haul our bags up for us. Then he proceeded to call a Grab car to take us for a delicious seafood dinner. This restaurant is an obvious big hit with the locals. And we have the owner of this property to thank for recommending it to us! Vitamin Sea seemed to be newly renovated and very clean as well as being well positioned. The next morning we took a short walk to the beach and were stunned by its loveliness. This was after we had partaken of some yummy bun bo Hue at a nearby restaurant. On our way back we were attracted by the queue at a small fish banh mi stall and promptly joined in. It was truly one of the most delicious banh mis we have ever tasted! Location was the main deciding factor for our choice of this hotel and we were richly rewarded for it. We hope to enjoy a longer vacation in Nha Trang some day and you can bet that Vitamin Sea Nha Trang will feature in it!

I like everything about the place. My room looks exactly like the advertisement photos. Sefl Check-in is another plus point. Every process was easy. The Accommodation located in the middle of the City Center, walking distance to anywhere. Really helpful, the host helped me booked returning vehicle from the airport and backward with fixed price. Hard as a rock bed, I don't know why so many people rate this highly, if you like sleeping on a box spring with zero cushion, then go for it. The ac isn't great either. And it's 6 flights of stairs to the non street facing window room, fyi Also they allow smoking inside the hallways with inside balcony

-bed was rock hard -upon entering you are met with parked scooters where I thought was meant to be tables and chairs for a communal area (as per photos on site), meaning there is no communal area. I didn't see a single other guest nor staff member apart from the girl in the spa who pointed me towards the sign that had the phone number to call for English assistance after arriving and trying to figure out what room I'm in, there was a tray at the desk with 2 keys with no names or references so I just took them both and picked the better room returning the other one, was a lucky guess that that happened to be my allocated room. -"tonights activity" on the whiteboard was dated 17th April I think - showing there's not much of a hostel/communal vibe going on - "full kitchen" (or along the lines of)- I had to dig around under the sink to find a mug and also gave it a rinse for my morning coffee, floor and kitchen were dirty. Not at all inviting and glad I had socks on - laundry facilities available at extra charge, I did understand there was to be an extra charge and that's fine, however there was no info about how to actually take up this service, where and when to drop it off, who to, how long it takes etc. I did message asking so I knew for the next day and at 9pm all I got was "bring it down now" For the price, you get what you pay for which I would have been okay with if that's what I wanted but a more communal, welcoming, clean hostel experience is what was advertised and that's not what this accommodation is. Fine for if just needing a room approx 10min was from the main beach

For how much you pay, it's fine. But the expectations from the photos and information on booking.com were much different to the reality of the accommodation. I booked elsewhere during my first night, upon leaving and messaging through booking.com to let them know, they offered to refund my 3rd night by transferring to my next accommodation for them to pay me which was great service and I appreciate them doing that, but I still think I need to be honest for future bookings so they at least know what to expect - or maybe Vitamin Sea will take the feedback into account and update photos/information. - the room itself was okay had everything you needed for the price although the aircon didn't run very cool and the room was still too hot
